Disconnect changed the game for us.. it made keeping our inventory between discogs, our webstore and our physical store so much easier. Things were a bit of a mess with out it.. can’t recommend it highly enough!

Commercium has been instrumental in expanding our product catalogue across multiple marketplaces, including several that present integration challenges. While there have been some pain points on both sides, we’re overall very pleased with the level of support they provide. Their team offers responsive, one-on-one assistance—often through WhatsApp—with relatively quick turnaround times, which has been incredibly valuable to our operations.

The entire team at Commercium is just amazing, from onboarding calls to support to fixing and addressing issues beyond their service. Just wish all companies had support like this, even with the time difference they were ontop of all and weekend calls as well.

Commercium's customer service is incredible, they always response to my questions, help me trouble shoot and up date me on the status of my inquires. The only reason I give 4 starts and not 5 is because the integration for Faire is still in the development phase and getting it to work has been quite a long process and a lot of trial an error.

Excellent product. Very easy to configure and keep on top of your stock. Their customer service goes above and beyond and are very attentive to your needs.

We use this app to connect our Shopify store to Amazon marketplace and multiple Mirakl marketplaces. It replaced multiple apps, and is much cheaper. We had some technical hiccups at the beginning, but the team is super responsive and got everything working smoothly now.
