This company's software is oversold and can't deliver what's promised. Their advertising says they are compatible with services like Etsy and they certainly aren't. When our company had problems, they simple shifted it back to us. This software didn't work correctly a single day. Huge waste of money. Avoid the headache.

Extremely disappointing service. We were in the process of syncing our products across multiple marketplaces like Kogan and eBay for our businesses, but the experience has been frustrating. The assigned executive struggles with basic English communication, which led to multiple issues during the integration. Their email responses are often unclear and unhelpful, making the process even more difficult.
