Blown away with experience and customer service! Dylan’s customer service provided on my initial call instantly relieved my stress and anxiety about an unexpected flat tyre. His commitment in helping me with finding appropriate tyres at such short notice was unreal. He phoned me back within minutes and clearly provided options that were available for me and provided advice regarding the tyres, warranty and the best deal as such. After finishing an overnight shift with no sleep, I attended my appointment first thing the next morning and was even more impressed with Dylan, his communication and updates and also witnessing great customer service provided to other customers who came in and out while I was waiting. Beyond refreshing in this day of age to witness genuine and caring service to customers. Will definitely return for any future car needs if required!!!

I am so Thankful to the staff at Redbank Plains Town Square My Car Tyre and Auto! I had to unfortunately inform them that I would only be getting money to pay for my cars repairs in 7 weeks from when my car was towed to their workshop! They were so incredibly accommodating and understanding! Thank you so much Donna and Hayden for your patience and hard work! I'm so happy to now have my car back!

They were helpful and offered great value. Nothing of note, both positive nor negative, which is why it's not a five, but would recommend

Check engine light come on and pulled in without an appointment right before closing and they had my car in and fixed for me the next day. Great service from everyone I dealt with
