As a lady of a “certain age “, I require help to check my car’s general working order eg tyre pressure, oil and water levels.
I have found the staff at Mycar, Redbank Plains very, very obliging and helpful. They promptly did the necessary checks, gave a written report and were very respectful.
I am very grateful and highly recommend their services.

As always the work was perfect and the staff were great.

Booked a car service online, it was super easy! On the day of service was just as easy and Ben kept me informed of any issues with the car along the way. I highly recommend these guys they did a great job!

took car in for tyre replacement. communication poor, sent incorrect total for payment so had to chase them up to tell then they undercharged me over $200. paid the bill. Realised they left a part of the car off ( cap from rear bumper which has safety so can't fall off) when they changed tyre so returned to store. they could not find the missing item so i asked they replace this for me as it was their responsibility. They said it was my word against theres so they cannot help me as i cant prove it was there fault

Absolute idiots, second time now they have misdiagnosed my car.
This time I was quoted over 2k to redo my aircon pump when in reality the fans weren’t spinning due to the dog bone engine mount not being connecting, causing the engine to shift forward. (Diagnosed the issue myself, I’m a woman that has no experience in being a mechanic) it’s $300 or less job! (Quoted and repaired elsewhere) I won’t be back not even for tyres! They clearly have no clue what the hell they are doing,
