Love the app but would like more options for connecting files for parents to see

We have been using Brightwheel for 2 months now, and we are loving it!

I love how brightwheel is so easy to use. I use it as a teacher and being able to have everything that you need on one app is amazing. I spend less time trying to keep track and more time with the children.

So easy to use! All my parents love it. I love the premium option because there is so much more to include in a child’s day. It saves so much paper and ink compared to making multiple daily sheets every day for kids. The customer service is also great and friendly.

Loving Brightwheel. Payments are so easy now, and it really gives parents peace of mind to be able to see photos and videos. I find it gives me a leg up when it comes to competing with other daycares.

It has been a challenge navigating the billing portion. Some of my parents have not been able to sign up. Making edits/ corrections doesn't work for parent info. I would like to choose what my assistant Director sees/ has access to when I give admin privleges.

But I do like the layout so I gave 3 stars.

Brightwheel is one of the best things to happen to our center to build and maintain communication with parents. It has so many features that allows for us to give parents comfort in being away from their child all day and still know what's going on with them.

Great app! This app has worked great for my daycare. The parents love the ability to be in constant contact with their child’s teacher.

I love how easy brightwheel is to use. I love being able to connect with the teacher and see what my child is up to throughout the day

The thing I found was that If I take photos through the app they are not saved to my phone for me to use later. It would be nice if that were a feature.

I wish there was more of an opportunity to move children from one class to another throughout the day and there was a better way to communicate with staff rather than just staff only notes. Over all I love the setup, the accessibility for parents and staff, and the custom creations for activities. I very much recommend this app for anyone that needs a good system to run their center.

I thought it was gonna be more difficult to use but I’m finding it very simple

There have been a few surprise things I haven't liked, but Brightwheel has been quick to respond to my concerns. I wish there was a little more flexibility/customization options but otherwise I have been pleased with my choice to use brightwheel for our preschool.

Our after school and summer programs have been using bright wheel and we love it. Parents can be alerted of their kids activities as they are completing them. The program also makes it easy to contact parents in any incident as well as generate detailed reports.

EXCELLENT Program and Convince to assist in Operating A Child Care Program, We use it for the Staff/Teachers , Parents, & Children's Participation :)

I would give it 5 stars but I'm disappointed I can't toggle between staff and parent since I'm both. Make things difficult
