Parents and staff are happy with it. At times it has logged teachers and student out.

Bright Wheel could be a great program for Preschools like ours ( we are a 1 room preschool with 2 staff people).
My only draw back is that we are located in Arizona (Mountain Time Zone) and our support staff for Bright Wheel is already done for the day (East Coast Time zone) when we can finally find the time after teaching to do the backroom jobs of billing, write lessons and setup our lesson planning for the next week..
The self-help service is okay, but when you need live support it is not there for those who teach and operate the admin side too.
If I would have known that the support end was not there from Bright Wheel for us "western side of the U.S. users", I would have left our program operate on the "done on paper" program as to have the hassle of my support coach being in New York when I need an answer to why I can't edit billing or having to watch a video again and again.
We may not renew our subscription next year, Bright Wheel is over-priced for what we get.

I love Brightwheel. I use it as a teacher and as a parent. It’s nice to be able to look up information quickly on a student and it’s wonderful to send messages back and forth.

I love how as a staff member I can keep parents updated throughout the day!

We use Brightwheel to assist with parent communication for our 3 campuses that serve roughly 300+ families. It makes communication easy and we've had so much positive feedback from parents. They love ti so much more than our previous paper communication that went home every day.
We find that parents are more engaged using Brightwheel.

Brightwheel has helped us become a better center! With great time-saving features, we have been able to be more efficient and at the same time, connect with the parents in real-time. We absolutely love it!

We are not your typical childcare facility. We have several different funding sources attached to some of the children in our program and several different reporting items needed for the funding sources. We've had to reach out to the folks at Brightwheel in regards to the different reports we need and they have been very quick to respond every time to help meet our needs.

I like it ok. I think there are a lot of features my facility is not using and if properly trained we could utilized the product better.

The brightwheel app is the best! It is so easy to use.

I wasn't sure how I would like using an app to communicate with my parents, but I actually do. It is very easy to navigate and I am finding it is easier to get parents to respond to a message than a hand written note. Sad to say but true. Overall it is a nice addition to my classroom.

Great way to communicate with student families

I have been using it for almost a month now. Its been extremely helpful in the classroom and being able to keep parents updated in the classroom.

As a early childhood educator I love being able to contact parents through the messaging feature. I also like that I am a le to share photos and videos of activities in the classroom.

Linking to Quickbooks Online would be incredibly helpful!

Very easy to use and it cuts down on paperwork which is amazing! Awesome way to keep parents updated through the day so you don't have to worry about forgetting to mention something!
