It took over a month to ship. We love it and it arrived undamaged, but it was a long wait.

They do have the best prices in the country. Recently I just bought a house in Chino Hills and got a whole bunch of furniture from them. They offer the same furniture the other big furniture stores such as Ashley and living spaces offer but cheaper. I can't speak for other customers but muuduu saved me thousands of dollars, and their customer service was terrific.

Excellent customer service, furniture was delivered in perfect condition and all personnel were very polite.

Delivery was very slow. It took two weeks. I could not check the status in the website so I called Muduu and they said it will be delievered on Thursday at the latest; then I got it on Saturday. They never pick up my call after that. Then I finally got my table, and then there was no instruction in the box so I had to wait another two days to get instruction. I had to wait way too long, and there was no way that I could be informed about delievery status. I liked the table and chairs; they have a pretty good quailty. However, I'm not sure I would want to order any other furnitures.

The couch was delivered with 2 ottomans. The ottomans were defected and the guys who delivered took pictures of them and told me to call the store and they'll be replaced. I called numerous times and they gave me such a hard time saying there's no report or anything that they were defected. So frustrating. I work graveyard and didn't have the time to take the couch back myself and they wouldn't pick it up. Waste of money and horrible service. Never buying from here again.

Their price is like 30% off the retail price. We have been to so many furniture stores in Orange County and Muuduu does have the best price. They may need some improvement on their customer service side but other than that we are happy.

Good communication, plenty of follow up notifications regarding delivery and receipt, and a well packaged product. The only complaint is that the bed we received only had two drawers when we were told it has four. But it was not a huge deal for us.

Muudu furniture was great- the bed is beautiful and the guys that installed it were terrific. It took a couple of days longer than expected to arrive but I a so happy with the bed!

The couch fell apart in 1 year. And I got absolutely no response from my emails and calls.

After reading some of the comments I was a bit hesitant to order from Muuduu furniture. Yet I ordered the Fiorella sofa and love seat which were delivered by UPS freight to my home. The furniture was perfectly packed and were on pallets. A friend and I unpacked and installed them in the house. Everything went according to plan and promise. I would order from Muuduu again and saved a lot of money in the process.

Had a great first time and an even better second time shopping for furniture here. The sales team is very knowledgeable about their products and have useful input for when you might be in doubt about your purchase. Will forever shop here for my furniture needs!

I had a horrible experience with this company. Twice they scheduled a delivery and failed to deliver using different excuses. I lost two days at work just waiting for nothing so it was a very expensive piece of furniture

The table it's self is beautiful and well made. Delivery was fast, friendly and on time as well:) I gave 4 vs. 5 simply because the description said the color was walnut, but the table was much darker then that. It was almost black so I would have listed it as espresso instead. Lovely table non the less! Thank you so much!
