Poor communication and return system
There was an overall feel of a lacking or barely developed infrastructure. Had to make at least a dozen calls to get my order right, only to have some of the parts damaged on arrival. They then shipped a new part Over a week later after several emails and calls. When I finally got the part, they had shipped the wrong part even though I specified what the part was on 3 separate occasions. They finally delivered the correct part another several days later, which arrived at 1am!
Giving a generous 2 stars for decent quality, decent price, and responsive manager Dan. Otherwise the service would've been a negative 1 star

AWFUL HORRIBLE
I purchased a coaster leather sofa which came in ripped. I called they said that they don't have any more of that model and that the manufacturer doesn't make them anymore which wasn't true. They give me about $90 off on a ripped sofa and then it started to peel about a week later I called they wanted me to pay $700 to ship it back to them and take it back home after it was repaired. I was lied to by 3 different reps. Finally ended up calling coaster who told me that there's a manufacturer's defect on it and that muuduu Furniture most likely knew about this but refused to do anything about it. Their customer service representatives need some serious training on how to speak to people. Rip off!

When I ordered was told item would be avail in a month. Now am being told 3 months. Who knows if I will ever see it.

Poor Customer Service
Placed an order and been told it will be shipped within two weeks. It ended up being out of stock and they had to order it from overseas. Never followed up with me on any of the promises and I had to keep calling them. Eventually told me that it is ready for delivery, we set up a date and again no call - no delivery. Had to follow up again to learn that my order is still being shipped. Eventually I had to cancel my order and ask for a refund. I think my experience would have been different if the order was in stock, but their customer service need to improve. We are paying a lot of money for the furniture and poor customer service cost you sales.
