Piano was a gift for my musically talented grandsons 13 th birthday , I ordered before his birthday of 12/11 . He absolutely loves the piano and will use it to pursue his music, he takes piano lessons. And we have a full size piano in our living room, but this one is small with its free standing legs and can fit in his room.i am well satisfied. Thank you

Very satisfied with the delivery of the product. Took just a week from ordering to delivery. Set it up started playing,then life happens and I didn't get to play it like I was. When I did get back to it , I found out the 11 keys no longer make any sound from one side of the keyboard to the other side in less than 45 days in random locations.
Reached out to customer service but no response for over a week. At the time of this review, still haven't gotten a response from them. Customer service is trash beyond a negative zero so don't expect any help if you have any issues with your keyboard.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift, the box arrived damaged, but I cannot open it because I know nothing about music...so by the time I know if there is damage it will be too late.

I'm hesitant to order things 'sight unseen', but I am pleased that the company I've never heard of before was reputable! I received my piano keyboard in just a few days. It was well packed and undamaged. I love it!

Haven't opened the box yet but looking forward to playing it

First. The instructions manual was not very detailed. Had to write to free up the white keys. Seems like they fasten. I’m still waiting for answer to my questions.
Second. No initial demostración how to turn on and operate the piano. Although you may say this an instrument for professionals. Us that are not like to get good instruments too.

So far it's been great, I love how I can plug in headpones to cover my awful practicing, but it also feels really nice. It's also fun to mess around with all the different sounds there is.

I am extremely pleased with my keyboard. It is very well made and the sound can be placed where it sounds like a piano. I purchased the keyboard for my granddaughter who has started taking piano lessons. The service was superb. My order was filled and shipped promptly. I highly recommend Mustar.

Interesting piece of gear. A lot of versatility. Manuals could use a a little work to make the various functions and setting up the stand clearer. But overall, this instrument rewards creativity.
