James worked with us obtaining a guardianship order for Mum after she sadly lost capacity to look after all aspects of her care.
He was sensitive and thoughtful and kept us informed through all aspects of the process. We never felt rushed to make any decisions.
This is a very emotional process to go through so if you considering this be prepared, it's a rollercoater.
I did have some issues with the accuracy of what had been said, spelling and errors on several bills. Don't be afraid to question them.
