I had about 5 repairs issues to report
I had about 5 repairs issues to report. For a start a tried the call back system and the call back came 8 minutes as it said it would. Then I stumbled on very helpful receptionist who took his time and raised all the job and references to quote should I call MHTV.

I would like to use this plateform to acknowledge MTVH for their good customer service. Since I joined MTVH in 2005, I have enjoyed good customer care. I would like to congratulate Ms Jacqueline Edomwonyi for her good listening skills and the effort made to put in order my monthly payments that were a bit exaggerated and caused me a bit of stress. Very difficult to track a requested…
Very difficult to track a requested repair. When it’s reported you receive a repair ref. Then when an engineer/ tradesperson is called out it’s changed to a different ref number and the original one is cancelled? So unless you keep very prudent records it’s virtually impossible to track :(

I have mixed experience with mhtv, but today I had exceptional customer service from from a lady called Alison white. She went above and beyond to take my complaint and I was so impressed and grateful for her help that I wanted to submit a review. She is definitely an asset to MHTV

Re intercom repair
Chris was very friendly and approachable. I asked for a Friday am time as I work and have health appointments, I need to keep free. He was just so nice and kind, which makes a big difference. He was also very thorough. Please pass on my sincere thanks to his manager, Chris is a credit to MTVH. Thank you very much.

This experience was terrible
This experience was terrible, not helpful at all they have applied direct to UC for my rent and there was no reason to at all and then wanting me to pay 2 months ahead to reverse this action when I only get paid a month at a time and u currently owe this months rent as I have always paid it in arrears.

Online is so much easier
I made the appointment on the phone but then had to cancel to take my elderly dad to hospital, so then the customer service lady said once everything is better ring back for another appointment to get the repairs done, I did ring back but it was very busy so I done the online repair & received my appointment within 4 days as it was the weekend, it's 4 weeks till my appointment for repairs but it's not an emergency so I'm happy with the appointment, keep up the good work MTVH

Customer neglect is systemic
I used the service to find out why an enquiry I raised had been closed without informing me. I received a response to my new enquiry that I wasn't clear about, so I emailed a reply. Only to receive an automated reply saying the enquiry had been closed. This level of customer service is appalling!

Fast, efficient and great service from telephone agent.
I had to call today as I had the wrong service sent to me this morning regarding my pipes under my sink. Katrina was extremely helpful. She resolved the issue, getting me a new appointment for this week. She was a pleasure to talk too. I actually said to my son after the call that they should have more staff like her answering the phones.
