Safe device recycling
It was very easy to recycle my Samsung device. They send you a label with Free post and you wrap up the device and post it off to Samsung. They then wipe the data from your device if, like me, your device simply died! Recycling old tech is a good reason to buy Samsung devices.

The service was fast and efficient. The speed of turn around from placing order to receiving shipping details to payout was less than 7 days, faster than I ever expected.
Also got a fair price for 2 tablets that others weren't interested in, will use again when I upgrade my phone.

Took a while for the postage pack to arrive but then was processed quickly
Took a while for the postage pack to arrive which meant my original offer expired. I felt that was harsh because it wasn’t our fault. However once posted the items were received, processed and paid out quickly and without quibbling on the price offered which is what other sites do.

Quick and easy process. The postal pack they sent never arrived and a replacement was sent. The phone was then quickly assessed when it was delivered and the money transferred into my account the same day. Great experience.

Recycled two old phones
Recycled two old phones, very easy to do. Would have been 5 stars but I never received the first returns packet and so by the time they sent the second the offer had expired!
They did still pay me the quoted amount which I appreciate.
Fair price for old phones I'd have just binned otherwise.
