I actually didn’t book the cruise. Our children did. Flights not great. Would prefer to fly from Belfast. Flight home too late.

The quality of the entertainment on MSC Seashore is amazing , also the food is excellent

We had an outstanding cruise on MSC Grandiosa and rated every aspect of our experience 10/10. We would especially like to thank Tanmoy, Head Waiter, for his exceptional leadership, professionalism, and attention to detail, which helped make every meal a pleasure. A very special recognition goes to Fabio from Masters of the Sea, who was truly incredible throughout our voyage. His friendliness, enthusiasm, and outstanding customer service consistently went above and beyond our expectations. Fabio made every visit memorable and was one of the main reasons our cruise experience was so enjoyable. We would also like to thank Crisianne, Dining Hostess, for her warm welcome, kindness, and excellent organisation, which ensured everything ran smoothly. Finally, thank you to our waiter, Sidik, who provided attentive and reliable service throughout the cruise. The dedication of these team members made our holiday unforgettable, and they are a credit to MSC Cruises.

Customer service was amazing especially our waiters Kilesh and Rajj from the blue danube restaurant. They are the kindest people I ever met. Our room was spotless everyday thanks for Aria (floor 11). The food was great. The entertainment was brilliant. Gavin is a superstar. Your dancers were amazing and the 4 main singers were superb. I can't wait to book my next cruise. I've already reached out to others to book with MSC. Every age group is catered for. From 0 to 100.

Great experience lots to do never get bored

This was our 3rd time crusing with MSC.
The staff we came in contact with throughout the cruise were friendly, professional, and helped make our overall experience a pleasant one.
However our biggest disappointment was the shower in our cabin. After paying extra for an upgraded Aurea Experience, we were not expecting to fight with a clinging shower Curtin while showering. Our previous cabins always had an enclosure with doors not curtains.
The one excursion we had booked was cancelled due to lack of numbers.
While we appreciated many aspects of the cruise and the service provided by the staff the bathroom facilities did not meet the expectations we had for the additional cost of the upgrade.

I enjoyed cruise but was a little disappointed in the restaurant menus - very little variety in menu over the week

Everyone was so nice and it was relaxing which is what I needed in my life.

Aurea experience is definitely value for money (worth the extra )

Staff are key ,they make a cruise enjoyable, always smiling and nothing is too much trouble

Very enjoyable cruse with very friendly staff, good food and plenty of choice. Calm sailing with great entertainment and relaxation.

Confined to cabin for most of the cruise due to gastroenteritis and conjunctivitis - both contracted on the cruise - consecutively, despite rigorous hygiene and no history of either. As such, we didn't get to visit any of the ports on the itinerary. We were also charged for medical consultation on board.

Most definitely not suitable for couples cruises, the ship was overrun with teenagers and small children. Forget the buffet within two hours either side of regular meal times; getting a table is bordering on impossible, and queues are ridiculous, with the more aggressive forcing their way in anywhere it suits them.

The staff were excellent, with the exception of more senior staff, who were dismissive at best.

Great value for money, kids had a blast leaving us to relax and enjoy our cruise experience. The ship was clean and the staff were just amazing. The cabin was perfect for us and our needs

The staff and the fantastic quality of my dining experience are most memorable takeaways. Ive one word : superb.

Great cruise. Extremely clean. Food was very good. The service in Waves restaurant was excellent and our housekeeper Deris was very good. Fresh towels, clean bins etc. The bar staff were very friendly and the overall staff on the ship were very friendly and helpful. A major negative was the employees at the reception desk on two occasions we experience poor service. They just wanted to fob you off and lacked care. I felt this as a huge negative as problems were not resolved appropriately. The Maraviglia does not cater for babies, especially an area for cleaning bottles as the cabin sink is very small and unhygienic to clean them too and the water was recycled, even boiled water seemed to make our child unwell and sick when making bottles with formula. Futhermore the price for cleaning baby laundry was the same price as adults a 6month old baby grow was the same coat of adult t-shirts/jumpers etc. even baby bibs were costing approx 3:50 for one small item. I recommend bringing laundry to get dry cleaned off the ship if possible (that’s what we did, as it was costing a 100 euro for a few small items for a baby and 6 items for a toddler to be washed)

The stops were amazing. We enjoyed the ease of getting on and off the cruise ships. We enjoyed our excursions and sight seeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our sit down meal in wave’s restaurant with our wonderful server on the big table. We were a family of 8 adults and 6 children. She was brilliant and all the staff in waves were helpful, kind and fun. The pool area was great for children. Our mam is a regular cruise traveller and was her 6th on MSC for her birthday and wanted her family to have a wonderful experience as she generally does and loves cruises with MSC.
I was so impressed with how helpful and nice all staff were (except at desk on deck 5) many thanks to all and we hope to go back again next year.
