I came in to mr price letterkenny on the 8th of June 2026 and had an awful encounter with one of the staff named Elizabeth. I was looking for a specific type of cat litter as my cat is disabled. I explained the situation to her and she laughed in my face asking if my cat actually has down syndrome. I got very hurt by this and I asked her if I could speak to the manager. She told me the manager was off and repeatedly begged me not to tell as she would get “fired”. She then proceeded to say that it was a joke and that “people cant even have a laugh anymore”. If mr price has one job to do its to not hire ass holes with no empathy as the service I had was beyond a joke.
I am 25 years of age and the women refused to serve me a can of monster after I showed Id she then told me to leave and my friend who’s 13 she sold it to him,this was in enniscorthy and it was the blonde girl
The Rathdowney store it's great lovely staff with good variety of products.

Absolute circus, about 10 staff walking around, queues at the till, 1 staff member trying to serve 10 customers and trying to contact other staff members to give a hand out
Shop is smelly when you walk in and disorganised.
Not a patch on the bunclody store which is top class

I went to Mr. Price in Tralee today to collect some anniversary balloons that I had ordered yesterday. Unfortunately, the service was really disappointing. It was extremely windy, and as soon as I stepped outside, one of the balloons burst. When I went back in, the staff were completely unhelpful—no apology, no effort to assist, and they barely even acknowledged me. I felt like a complete inconvenience. Sadly, I won’t be going back—there are plenty of other places in Tralee for balloons, and I’d strongly recommend you skip this one.

Nice store at Gulliver’s, did work experience there for a week in December and the Manager Walter was amazing and really nice. He encouraged me a lot which was nice, and because of him this shop is the best spot I’ve done work experience!
The staff at that shop are great people to chat with and really friendly and everything in store goes great I loved my time there.

At around 6pm I went into Mr Price in Naas. After going up and down aisles to try find my products I decided to go upto a till to ask for assistance. The man at the till had an English accent and was in his mid twenties. The man was on a phone call on loud speaker whilst at the till, making it difficult to communicate my query. I eventually got his attention to ask for help and he gave me little to no reply about where the product was. Turns out the product was apparently "out of stock", even though it is a primary material in the school resources section. Not impressed by his service at all.

5 Stars 🌟 for Rob Killarney store. He has exceptional customer service skills. Friendly, helpful but most importantly approachable. He is such a wonderful asset to Mr Price. Please thank him on my behalf.

I was in the Waterford store on the cork road when I tripped and fell after trying to reach a 4 pack of lucozade. Paula helped me to my feet and made sure I was completely ok. She stayed with me for as long as I needed and really made me feel comfortable and cared for. Paula is an absolute angel and the world would be much better off if their was more people like Paula!!
Called into mr price in newcastle west co.limerick and we all know the great quality anr variety that is there but what impressed me most was a staff member there called Jamie was on tills when I called and Jamie was just the most hepfull and engaging and dedicated person I have met in retail in over 20 years, and I work in retail. Jamie has set the standard🌟🌟🌟☀️🌟

annie was very helpfull with a problem i had with viber plate no hassel no drama just came up with a plan and followed through with it sadly i had to deal with the stupid AI crap when i went online first but once i found a human things happened

Doesn't matter which Mr. Price you go to, Wexford, Waterford, there is always a problem at the till with incorrect prices, always being charged more than what it states on the shelves. At this stage it is definitely done deliberately. You need to watch everything like a hawk. I never have any shame in handing things back. You guys need to be more honest and transparent with your pricing as looking at other reviews it a well known fact that it happens too often.

Popped in here , the New store ithat used to be the cinema in Kilkenny for some basic things last Saturday eve.
The store was absolutely freezing. When I mentioned it to cashier they said theres been no heating for 2 months. Lots of shelves virtually empty and the music overhead was loud and annoying. Wont be back anytime soon.
I dont know how the staff stick it....
I dont feel the need to discuss it further but thanks for replying. Maybe contact the store for their opinion.....

Enniscorthy store the price on the shelf never complies with the price when the barcode is scanned at the till, pricing on the shelves is not good enough anymore and the pricing discrepancy is never at the customers favour you need to individually price every item with a sticker that accurately displays the correct price

I visited the Ballincollig store and their attendant Sonia Linehan was extremely helpful she went out of her job remit to look after me I asked her what her name was she was so caring and supportive…

Lisduggan Waterford Mr Price. Duty manager was very rude, stood on top of me as I was looking at products. Then was heard being very loud and rude to younger members of staff.
