Scam - do not play - I wish I had checked reviews before - eats money and tried to deposit without bonus and it rejected - had to take bonus - so spent £3000 euro with no win - it is is a SCAM - stay away.

Mrjonescasino is a scam casino operated by the same group of criminals. They send constant spam (I have received 2 messages in the last 24 hours saying “my account” has been credited with £5000 - I don’t of course have an account with them
They are linked to multiple cloned sites, steal deposits, and never pay out. Do not deposit, you will never see your money again.

Right some of you will probably think this is fake account just to get people playing. But all I’ve read is scam scam scam don’t play never pays out well I can say they do pay out on the 20th of December 2025 been out with the family for a meal and a few drinks as it was Saturday night and I hate working early hours for the Sunday morning so I thought you know what I’ll have a little gamble I was doing £2 spins won a few quid then went to £3 won a few then lost a few. Had this site for a while now deposited and lost in the past, tried to shut my account down but for some reason they wont let me so today i Deposited £20 played on a game and finally won, £150 up went to withdraw and told me i had to verify documents even tho i already have in the past incase this happened, so went on live chat to ask the crack for to be fobbed off and ignored by the chat to then be logged out of my account and when i logged in again i couldnt access live chat? Absolute scammers i would avoid like the plague

Stole my deposit, avoid completely. I sent a bank transfer of £119 it never credited my account. I have tried ever since to get it back. They have fobbed me off time and time again. The advisors lie, they say it’s been passed on to finance team and they are contacting the financial service provider my money was sent through but I never heard nothing. I’ve emailed the manager and support but I have never heard anything. They have now blocked me and ripped me off. I couldn’t claim through my bank as it wasn’t a card payment, I’ve had every door shut in my face. I can’t tell you how upsetting it has been. NEVER send these thieves any money they are the biggest scam.

I see alot of bad reports on this site but honestly apart from a long process of getting verification sorted ect it's actually OK. I've won what I consider to be a big win on here a couple of times now. Also they are very good at giving bonuses if you just ask.

I have successfully claimed all of my deposits back through my bank under visa disputes. Reported the transactions as “services not received "

They are unregulated in the UK and shouldn’t be trading. Also reported to action fraud.

I deposited money with MrJones Casino in good faith, only to discover later that they are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and are illegally targeting UK players. After making multiple deposits, I attempted to withdraw my winnings of £5,500 — but the casino refused to process the withdrawal and ignored my support requests entirely.

On top of this, they charged undisclosed transaction fees with every deposit — nothing was clearly shown or agreed to beforehand. This is deceptive and unfair.

Only after researching further did I find out that MrJones Casino is operating under a foreign licence (Comoros/Anjouan), which is not valid in the UK. This was never made clear during sign-up or deposits.

I’ve now reported the site to:
• Action Fraud (UK police fraud reporting)
• The UK Gambling Commission
• And I’ve initiated a chargeback through my bank, as the services paid for were not delivered and the platform is not authorised to operate here.

I strongly advise anyone affected to:
• Stop using the site immediately
• Request a chargeback through your bank or card provider
• And report them to action fraud and gambling commission.gov.uk.

This site is deceptive, unregulated, and withholding money. Avoid it completely and warn others.
