I registered & used welcome bonus, i wagered the bonus, & kept playing & eventually withdrew £1100, at 1st they says i could only recieve £500, with it being a deposit bonus, but after a few emails back & forth they eventually paid me my whole withdrawel, good interaction

I've been playing at this casino and their sister sites for a few months - first withdrawal took forever but eventually got it, BUT I have recently made 2 withdrawals that have not made it into my bank.
Live chat is useless, beyond useless and their so called "manager" is very poor in helping.
He says all the right things (when he eventually replys) but actually does zero to help, emails get ignored for DAYS at a time.
Im very disappointed with the management behaviour.
If you can DO NOT use this casino or the sister sites because they are all the same casino just different names

I never recieved my winnings ,apparently they sent the 2 withdrawals in 1 (from 2 different casinos) hmmmmmm

Very shady casino. They'll save your number and call you out of the blue multiple times enticing you with a £10 bonus. Even when playing through the bonus, they refuse to payout. Wouldn't trust to hold my personal information, let alone any real money. There are much better alternatives out there.

New to the site. Found a few games I like. Built up a few little wins. Still have to verify and withdraw hence the 4 stars. I'll be back to make a 0 star or a 5 star once I've done that! Fingers crossed 🤞

I’ve played for a while here but come to my scenes… it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get any bonus on any game, when the bonus is due to come in it kicks you off the games.
Customers service/live chat are incredibly slow and vague.

This online casino is NOT transparent at all!! I won $900 something on free bonus play and once I deposited $9.99, I was told that I would be able to withdrawal the winnings. NOPE! You only get part of your winnings everytime you make a deposit. They don't tell you that up front. I even messaged them before depositing. Waist of time!!!! Don't play this casino!!!
