Same as everyone else on here. So disappointed. Don’t trust anyone who has a mobile number for customer service!!! Ordered 2TB hard drive for 29.99 on 18 November. Never arrived.

I ordered a hard drive on the 18th November, still hasn't arrived. Call all go to voice mail. When you email them, they ignore you or try to fob you off. Do not use this company

Do not buy from this outfit. Ordered hard drive 21st October never arrived. Each communication tries to convince you your purchase is on its away, using delay tactics and even pleaded to stop my request for refund through the bank. I received my refund thankfully. Keep all emails between you and the company if you are having problems.

3 weeks later, order still 'pending' no response to phone or emails. Wish I had read the other reviews on here before using.

Scammer - bought an item on 21st Nov, never got, not replying to E Mail's and when you call them it goes to voice mail.

AVOID at all costs - will be contacting my bank to get a refund

Ordered over 3 months and had every excuse in the book. Just a bunch of scammers that steal peoples money and should be stopped trading now. Ordered a mobile hard drive which I have not received and in the end ordered from another which arrived next day. Again not even worth 1 star

I would have given them no stars if I could. Place an order in October and it’s now December. After countless messages and ringing there mobile I’m just ignored. They have 39.99 for a kids seatbelt which I never received. They are scammers please be aware.

Have reported these con artists to action fraud,and unbelievably they won't take action due to insufficient evidence!!Jesus these parisites have taken my money and not refunded it!!seems like a good business to get into as authorities not interested!! absolute joke!!

Update number two. Just sent them this email.

I am now getting fed up of asking when my order will actually ship. You use the shop app, which is where I got this link to email you. How is it that every subsequent order i have placed with other companies such as Amazon show item despatched, then in transit and finally delivered. Why does my order with Moxtons still show as ready to ship?
The simple reason being is because you haven't sent it yet. I have asked you to dispatch my order with a tracking number so I can trace it and at least know who you have used as a courier service. At the moment I am being more than patient with your failure to complete your contractual obligations to me but that patience is now wearing thin.
You have taken my money now provide me with the goods I have purchased.
Proof of dispatch, along with a tracking reference and full and complete details of the courier company you are using to ship my order to me by the close of play today to me from you please.
Kindly respond to this email as the reputation of your company depends on it.
Failure to respond will only show your company up in a very bad light and show that you obviously have no commitment to customer satisfaction.
I will be posting this on my TrustPilot review of your company.
And any possible outcome.

Update.
It's now 4th December and this company has still to dispatch my £215 order. I have emailed several times now and get lies from them. They told me they were about to dispatch (but they didn't). When I emailed again tonight ask where my order was they replied
"Hey there,

I am really sorry for the ongoing delay. This has been investigated and alast we have an answer. Any items that were lost in transit were reposted at our own loss last week. All orders should be fully caught up and delivered between this and next week. Our sincerest apologies for the delay and inconsistent communication regarding this. We are sure you will be pleased on the arrival of item

More lies. I cannot believe this company. No goods have ever been dispatched. And the Shop app which updates all of my orders from every company still says "ready to ship". On an order placed on 22nd November with 'express delivery'. I can't stress enough to any potential customers DO NOT use this company

I can see why this company only has one star. If it were possible to leave no stars I'm sure that's what they would have.
I have spent over £200 with this company and qualified for express shipping.
That was on the 20th November.
I emailed them 8 days later to ask when my goods would be dispatched and asked what their interpretation of "express delivery " was.
I received a blunt email back saying they had emailed me to say the items were due for dispatch.
That was on the 28th November.
I have emailed them again 2 days ago as the status of my order has still not changed to dispatched. This time they have yet to reply.
I am totally and utterly disgusted with this company.
I would never use them again and I recommend that any potential customers of theirs reading my review DO NOT use them at all.
If my order is not received by the end of this week I will be contacting my bank to get my money back.
Very very disappointed. I know companies don't seem to care about customer satisfaction these days, but this company takes the biscuit.

ordered an external hard drive a week ago - nothing - left messages on their phone - nothing - no body answers their phone - left email massages - nothing - £36.99 down the swanny - i'm told i can get a refund from my bank using a charge back claim - do not waste your hard earned cash with these people.

I brought a SSD portable storage device. I had to chase for delivery. The device did not work and supplier said I had no right of return even though their website said products not working can be returned. Eventually they agreed to return. No refund was forthcoming despite chasing several times. Eventually I got my money back via credit card charge back. Their website looks professional but their returns and timelessness of customer service are very poor.

Don’t get scammed by this , waiting a month, two email s from an Evie ward excuses why my sad was late, even asked for my order number, since sending order number I do not get any response from this company, I answer their review saying what terrible company they are and would not deal with them ever, they did reply to this email thanking me for my response offering me a 10% discount on my next order, the oudasity of this scammer

I ordered a ssd hard drive over two months ago and I am still waiting delivery. I have received several excuses including new couriers and Christmas rush but to be honest I have now asked my credit card to progress a chargeback
Save yourself all the time and trouble and do not use this company

Do not under any circumstances but from this company. They take your money and then you don't get what you ordered and you cannot get hold of them. Phone just goes to voice message where you cannot leave a message as the inbox is full (wonder why) and e-mails are left unanswered.
When you go onto their Web page to find out about your order it comes up "no order found"

BUT I disputed this transaction with my bank and got my money back. Please, if you have had a problem see if your bank can help you. Unscrupulous companies like this should not have the right to have your money.

Ordered a 2 TB from them over a month ago as they were the cheapest I could find, still waiting for it, got barely any updates, and today I discovered wh that's the case, the ENTIRE thing is a SCAM. So for your time sake don't order anything for here.

This company (if it is one) is definitely not on my recommendation list - the service from Moxtons replicates nothing short of a scam company.

I purchased a Fast External SSD Hard Drive. Correspondence received to date has been full of excuses and false promises. Almost 3 months have passed since placing my order with no delivery or refund. I'm not letting this go Moxtons, I want my money back!

I tried SHOP app, which tell me it's been delivered!! LIE! YODEL never received the goods, A person called Evie Ward emailed me but now seems to be vanished as I ask for my money back. It seems like the Fake company is run by a person called: MOHAMMAD, Moawia and if so here is the Correspondence address 15 Despenser Street, Cardiff, Wales, CF11 6AG. it also looks like they are running out of a shop called Phone Mania but I wouldn't trust that either.

Please report to the police. You can report them to UK GOV NATIONAL CYBER SECURITY CENTRE (Scam website).
It takes 2 mins to file a report and build a case against these thieving buggers!

Same as everyone else on here - absolute disgrace! Wish I’d seen these reviews before I ordered. External hard drive ordered 27th Oct still not here on 27th Nov. Got an email response yesterday saying they had sent me an email response which is a very odd response especially as I didn’t get any other emails. We must be able to get some action taken!? If we all complain. I’m going to see if bank will give me my money back …but yes trading standards must also be informed 😣

Still waiting for my items I ordered on 08/10/2024, received an email on 10/10/2024 stating they had a problem with their current courier, it is now 26/11/2024 I have sent multiple emails requesting delivery or money back which have been ignored other than one email telling me they have already explained the problem, absolute rubbish, sa ve yourselves any hassle with the extreme lack of customer service, ORDER ELSWHERE. I am now trying to sort the problem with my bank and also complaining to Google for letting them use their search engine to reel people in to what I can only assume is a scam

Ordered in September 2024 still not sign and yodel have now said they are no longer expecting the drive.
Simply put DO NOT BUY FROM MOXTONSs!!!!
