Was turned away from commander night due to it being all prebooked - something their Facebook page doesn’t mention at all, so despite scouting ahead I had no knowledge of this fact.

When I entered, the employee told me this, so I then inquired about singles - which they told me they only do online. I keep checking, but their website has been down for several days so I can’t even inquire and have a look at what stock they have.

After talking to the employee, I briefly left the store, before going into the other side to see that they have sealed product; which he didn’t mention they had at all. If I didn’t know about the other side of the building from popping outside again, I’d have had no clue.

The store was very messy, disorganised and in very poor condition as well as empty. There was only about four tables in total, so capacity was quite low. There were several empty vending machines in the back and all of the furniture looked in fairly poor condition.

It’s clear from their Facebook page that they prioritise selling at conventions more than their local store.

Ordered a board game from this website after seeing someone give a great review on a Facebook group. Ordered on Friday and the game arrived Saturday morning via Royal Mail's 24-hour service which was free.

The packaging was the best I've seen from a flgs, bubble wrapped and foam peanuts in a very sturdy box :)

Prices are very competitive so I will be using these guys in the future without hesitation.
