My salesman Kelvin went above and beyond to make my choice of cars was the right one. He wasn’t pushy at all. He knew which one I would pick but did everything he could to make sure I was sure.
A very friendly chap I must say and very likeable.
What a shame I didn’t come to motorpoint for my purchase the time before!

Ethan listened to want we wanted and made it easy to view the cars that we had in mind by putting them together on the lot. There was no pressure at any point and everything regarding the trade in and pick up of the new vehicle was explained and carried out efficiently with no fuss. Payment was very simple using the text link that makes it easy to access your mobile banking and carry out the transfer. Ewan was very helpful when we picked up the new car and dealt swiftly with the road tax and vehicle registration documentation.

Good morning, Motorpoint was our 4th visit, after 3 previous dealers, fell well short of our expectations.

Thankfully we had the pleasure of Nathan Coy looking after us. From start to finish, on what was a tricky journey, due to my financial past, he could not have been more helpful or professional. I have already recommended Motorpoint to family and friends, if they are thinking of getting a new/used car.

What I did like was the no hard sale attitude but was there for us if we needed any questions asking.
Nothing was too much trouble but in a way where there was no patronising, no pressure with just a clam and relaxed atmosphere.
