Excellent service from start to finish
From start to finish, Motorlet were informative and professional to deal with. Car is wonderful and I would not hesitate in using Motorlet again once the lease is due for renewal. Shout out to Nina and Wendy who were brilliant to deal with and also the delivery driver although i didnt take his name but he was fabulous

A very positive experience.
My first ever lease experience and Motorlet were exemplary from initial enquiry (via a comparison website) to vehicle delivery today. Excellent communications including build dates and progress. After sales lady (Wendy) was super helpful.

You should be ashamed of yourself motor let - totally let me down as your customer. Wrong colour car delivered and it’s my fault apparently. You need to improve your interval processes!!! Gutted customer.
I won’t use you again.

We’re disappointed to see this review, especially as the vehicle delivered was precisely what you ordered in line with the multiple documents you signed confirming the colour. The only reference we make to a different colour is in relation to an entirely separate car you were considering.
Of course, we always want our customers to be happy with what they have ordered, and we pride ourselves on being upfront, transparent, and thorough. We told you we’d look into your concerns but sadly, you have decided to write this review before giving us a chance to come back to you. We will not be held responsible for this issue when all the correspondence and paperwork clearly support what you ordered.

Great service from Motorlet when I changed my car.
Very helpful all the way through the process from helping me select a car to suit budget and specifications, all the way through to delivery. Competitive rates for the lease.
Have used Motorlet for my last few cars and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Communication with Motorlet was great from start to finish with Wendy in particular providing a high level of customer service throughout. Motorlet went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle matched the original specifications of the order after production of the vehicle was stopped by the supplier and availability became extremely limited. Couldn't recommend Motorlet enough!

10/10 Service & Very Quick Delivery
Rob was fantastic at helping find vehicles for our business having recently leased 2 x Land Rover Defenders through Motorlet. It took us a few months to be ready on our side to go ahead with the deal and from start to finish, the service was very professional without ever feeling pressured into a sale with them. Once the vehicles were agreed upon, Wendy arranged delivery for us within a couple of weeks. Our company will certainly be using Motorlet for any vehicle leases in the future.

My experience with Motorlet Ltd was decent overall. The staff was helpful and kept me informed throughout the process, but there was a long wait for the vehicle. While the service was professional, it didn’t stand out as exceptional compared to other leasing experiences I’ve had. Everything was handled well, but there’s room for improvement. An average experience.
