I have a new born...theyre the first company I've used and I won't use them again

Waited 5 working days and no update so, I emailed them. Very quick response...

Apparently the label on the package got damaged during transit so the couriers sent it back

Nobody contacted me. I had to take the initiative. Would they have contacted me if I left it another week?

Then they gave me two options. Take a refund or they can dispatch the items again. Fair enough

...

There was no effort to give me confidence or assure me that the items would arrive as soon as possible. No effort to give me the impression that they value first time (and potentially regular) customers. No effort to encourage me to use them in future and disregard my first order as the exception to their regular service

Just corporate speak like...'we sincerely appologise' and offer a refund

They clearly have many customers but there are also plenty vendors. I won't use them again

We are so delighted and grateful for the exceptional customer service we received and even more so due to the timing of it being Christmas week.
