Ryan North, who owns Moss Envy here in Minneapolis, sold us our mattress and went out of his way to explain the technologies involved and had different beds that we could try to try and dial in our best bed for me and my wife. One of the thing that I wasn't ready for was the difficulty putting it all together but everything worked out and I just had the best sleeping experience in I don't know how long. The other thing was I bought it because of how green and organic things were described but the amount of plastic used to wrap everything was far from green. I have never had any product delivered to me that had this much plastic involved. Everything was very clean but all of the latex pads were triple wrapped in plastic. If there was a way of lessening the amount used, that would be appreciated> Doug Weatherhead

I also want to sincerely thank you for your feedback regarding the plastic packaging. We take our commitment to sustainability seriously, and I completely hear your frustration. While we use high-grade plastic to ensure your organic materials (especially the latex) arrive clean, dry, and free of contaminants during transit, I agree that the sheer volume can feel at odds with a "green" purchase.
We are constantly looking for ways to reduce our environmental footprint while maintaining the integrity of the products, and I will certainly share your comments with our suppliers and shipping team to see where we can improve.

I am a repeat customer. I had ordered a bed some years ago, and I still love it. My kid is getting bigger so I wanted to order an adult sized bed and he asked "can I have a bed like yours?". We ordered from Moss Envy of course; they were so helpful with checking my order and fixing a size issue I had overlooked. The bed came fast and set up was easy. After his first night in his bed I asked my son how his new mattress/wool topper was..."heavenly". After a couple more nights I asked how it was settling for him..."perfect". Thankful for clean products that feel good to sleep on. No nasty chemical smells, the products last, and the customer service is 100%. Thank you, Moss Envy!

I placed an order, and then 2 days later they did a sale of the floor model I'd just bought. They let me cancel my order and get the floor model instead, which meant I could upgrade to a nicer mattress! The mattress ended up not fitting right on my frame, and Ryan has been so great trying to troubleshoot and help us come up with a solution.

The customer service was above and beyond expectations! Within 30 minutes of placing my order online I received a phone call from Ryan at Moss Envy letting me know my item was out of stock but would be in within a few days. He reassured me the order would ship immediately. I received my pillow (which I love) only 1-2 days later than originally estimated.
