I would love to tell you these are the perfect pair of tights… but I’m not going too as I want to keep them all for myself as they are the best I’ve found ( no laddering, wash fantastically, keep their shape, do not slip down and of course make me look beautiful, tall and thin) Thank you and shhhhh don’t tell everyone

I travelled from Plymouth to Totnes on 16th September as I had received a catalogue from you which stated that if I wanted to take advantage of your money off offer I needed to make a purchase by 19/9. I had picked out 3 styles I liked. Unfortunately having got to the shop none of the shoe I wanted were available. I am rather disappointed in your service having driven approximately 18 miles which is a 36 miles round trip and paid to park I feel you have shown complete disregard for a potential customer.

So pleased with these Moshulu shoes Curlew Sea Kale National Trust shoes easy to wear straight away no "breaking In" great colour strong look really good cant wait o buy them in another colour - for once I cant find anything to complain about, perfect good looking walking shoes

Lovely loafers, great colours. However, they claim to be wide fit which I find hard to belief as ever since I wear them I developed 2 corns. Rather painful! Think they are normal width. Also, a bit hard on the soles.

The sandals I wanted were in the sale but not in the Shrewsbury store. The store assistant found them on the website and ordered a pair in my size. I was then contacted when they were in store to be picked up.
An excellent service and the sandals fit perfectly.

I am seeking a couple of pairs of Dartmoor 3, are they going to be available again for Winter ? I would appreciate it if you could kindly let me know. Thanks.

Bought 4 pairs of shoes in two different orders.
All reasonably nice shoe but three pairs did not fit. I am now guessing that my feet have got bigger in my old age.
Unlike Clarks shoes, Moshulu advertise free returns and refunds. This was a big plus for me.
However, that was not the case here, and their invoicing was poor and not clear.
When they refumded me, I was out of pocket by a considerable amount.
Some of it was because I was charged for the free postage and some was for a discount I did not receive.
Eventually, after several emails and a complaint, I received the missing money.
Their invoicing in my case was very poor, so that didn't help either.
They could have been so much better.
Keep an eye on your refunds, I don't like their procedures.

I bought green suede trainers from Moshulu. If they get wet they dye your feet green. They get dirty easily and are difficult to clean. Laces keep breaking as there is no ‘give’ when you tighten them. Get loose quickly too. Finally no support for ankles. Rubbish trainers overall

The web site was easy to use. The order was despatched quickly with easy instructions for return if necessary. The sandals were just what I ordered and are extremely comfortable.

Ordering was smooth and shoes arrived promptly and were exactly what I expected. They seem to be a very good quality

Always excellent a pity no shops so I could try more on!!

I always have excellent costumer service from the Taunton branch of Moshulu and have shopped since before covid

First class service. Amazing products and styles and great prices.

Rubbish company poor customer service inferior shoes

Sandals ordered were not the right size so returned and asked for exchange in larger size, sent about 6 emails to request an update over 3 weeks, and each time got poor response saying they were looking into it but never got a reply. This week they sent a partial refund for one pair with no clear explanation, followed by another email days later to say all order will be refunded as they don’t have them in stock anymore. Terrible service and now have to wait days for actual refund.

The shoes were great - but too narrow. I would have bought again from Moshulu but for the time they take to make a refund. I am still waiting after 10 days. The organisation is spoiling what could be a great business by poor administration. OR they are short of cashflow and use their customers' refunds to finance their working capital. I will not buy from them again.

"We are a small company" was the excuse for taking a long time to refund, from a rather poor customer services rep sticking to the script and speaking over me - no apology. I said why would I want to shop again with Moshulu if this is the case? Moshulu take two weeks to refund for returns once received or it can be sooner they say, so can take 18 days including the process of sending back by Royal Mail. First time and last time I shop with them. I sent back on 19th July with receipt. They acknowledged received back on 22nd July. I called once and emailed twice. Still no refund and it is now 31st.So they hold on to money. Very poor. Update still nothing and it is August 1st and I spoke to them two days ago and they said returns for the 22nd July were just being processed!). Terrible.

Sandals were fine but too big - returned. Then it takes nearly a month to get the refund. It takes 10 days for them to actually start the refund procedure
