BE WARNED DO NOT USE

They sent the wrong items in the wrong sizes and when I went to return them they wanted to charge 3,000 pounds return delivery. Basically scammers.

Terrible

Terrible, a scam for sure. My order never arrived. The tracking seemed legit and then stopped and changed to “package delivered” and was clearly post-dated. Attempts to reach customer service failed. Their phone number is not connected. They email claiming they will look into it but do not. I still have not been refunded over a month later. I plan to report them if I do not get my refund.

I think this company is a fraud

I think this company is a fraud. Took forever to get the item I ordered, what arrived wasn't even remotely close to what I ordered, took forever to have customer service reply back to me and I'm still waiting for my refund. Company should be flagged and shut down. Scam and fraud.

Very shitty company

Very shitty company. They are thieves. They never accept returns, sends inferior items at exorbitant prices. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONISE THEM!!!

Crap quality dressdress

Ordered a dress, it came and the zip literally split within minutes of wearing it. Back and forth emails, said I could only have a 50% refund and then never heard from them! Crap customer service and crao quality

This company seems very sketchy

They sent me an item that is completely different from what I ordered. I have emailed them and get no response on how to resolve the issue. I just tried to call the number on their website and it is not a working number. I am now starting to believe I was totally scammed. Very angry because I paid over $70 for a tennis dress that I do not have. They sent me some cheap piece of junk that is not even close to what was pictured on the website.

It is a SCAM!
I ordered shoes on May 1st. Today, May 24th I received “it”. It is a joke. What I got is doesn’t look even close to what I thought I was ordering. I wish I could add a photos to this review.The phone # on their website is fake, the tracking number for usps is invalid.

Promised refund never arrived

I bought leak proof underwear, the items I actually wanted were good but when completing the order an extra set were added on in a much smaller size. I was promised a refund but despite contacting them several times I've not got my refund. This is a pity because I would have ordered more.

My mother brought some items from this site

My mother brought some items from this site and they never arrived. we were told that they tried to deliver and then they would deliver the next day which never happened. An email was sent to customer service and they said that there was a problem with the address so if we can send them the correct details then they will send it. we received another email saying that the item is now lost and if we want the item then we will need to pay for it and shipping again. we have asked for a refund and are still waiting for a reply.

Not recommended

Order took four weeks to arrive. Everything I ordered (four items) did not fit. I contacted customer services explaining the issue and requested a full refund and instructions on how to return the items. I was offered £30 half the cost. I refused and again requested a full refund. Numerous emails to them since with no reply.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware - I purchased "leak proof" underwear from this company. What they sent was ordinary underwear. It took ages to get a refund due to poor communication. I didn't get a full refund either only 80%.
