Avoid avoid

Avoid avoid, I seen a Facebook ad of a dress and although was suspicious when I clicked I still ordered a pink dress in a size 16. Immediately after ordering a page come up with confirmation but the dress size was an 8 not the 16 I ordered. I immediately checked for an email confirmation for the £28 I paid but received non. I went back onto Facebook ad had disappeared but luckily I took a screenshot and was able to find the name of the company. I went and checked and logged in and said no orders made. I emailed them and received a generic response from a bot with clarity on dress being a 16 or a 8 and would send me an email once item dispatched. I’ve emailed them again and again but still a generic response. I’ve taken it up with my bank now as I’ve asked for a refund. If it wasn’t for the screenshot I took I would have no way of knowing I made an order at all other than the money out my bank. Scam scam stay clear.

Ordered some knickers

Ordered some knickers. Buy five pairs get five free. Only one pair arrived.
Have contacted them but no reply.
Will not be buying from them ever again.

Placed an order that I never received…

Placed an order that I never received tried on multiple occasions to get through to someone and when I got email responses they was scam emails that made no sense and had no relevance to the order I placed and didn’t receive

Aviod at all cost

Aviod at all cost. Ordered from them goods are faulty. Upon trying to get a replacement they are saying postage would be high and expecting myself to cover cost. So had enough of emailing them backwards and forwards so asked for a refund. Had the audacity to try and make me spend £40 to get £4.00 off. I dont think so. Still no further up the road and no refund. They take your money and run. Avoid rip off merchants.

All my chargers finally have a spot

I’ve switched out my old tote after months because this one’s inner seams don’t scratch your hand at all, unlike my last one that felt like loose sandpaper whenever I reached in. Now I keep moving it from desk to hallway table—no idea why every pocket is so snug but nothing spills out if it tips over, which is new to me. The weight when empty is lighter than those typical canvas bags.

Looks fun on patio, flimsy box

Set this outside right away. Spinning’s not noisy at all, feels lighter compared to similar types I tried, but the cardboard was so thin almost came apart while lifting. Still, had no dent marks on any petals.

I thought I was supposed to get free delivery…

I thought I was supposed to get free delivery for tomorrow, but I still got charged $21 for shipping. Customer service replied very quickly and they were helpful, which is great. However, they said they can only refund the shipping fee after the package is signed for, which left me a little disappointed.

God damn awful

God damn awful. I ordered a metal iPhone case, they charged for this and another product which I didn’t want! £26! It has been 3 weeks waiting for refund and I doubt I will ever see that again! This is why we try not to order products direct from china. Stick with Temu or DH Gate. Never fall for this nonsense! Lesson learned dog

Poor commuication

Ordered from this company and waited for confirmation the order had been processed. Still waiting after almost a month. At one point they insisted it had been delivered but I received nothing. Allegedly another order is being processed and will be dispatched shortly. I'm not holding my breath. The communication is poor and the information given unreliable, if not completely untrue! Looking at the reviews here I wish I'd checked them out before. Lesson learnt - do not do business with this company. Now the fight to get my money back!

Keep clear

Keep clear, I bought a substandard product and emailed to request address for returns. I was told the company is in China so returning will be expensive. Meanwhile their site states that UK consumer rights apply. 21 emails later they are no longer responding. Next step is to report to trading standards and BBC watchdog as I see there are more negatives than positives. There's need to make the public aware to keep away from this company.
