Contacted this company to get an idea of the process involved. Spoke to James Harrison who was extremely personable and knowledgable. Provided me with all the information required and was not 'pushy' in any way even when we decided not to proceed at this time. If my circumstances change I would have no hesitation in re-contacting this company.

We had a really great experience with Mooved and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of selling their property. I just wish we found them sooner! We dealt with both Richard and Layla who were fantastic. Prompt, clear communication and always happy to answer any questions we had either by phone or email. I contacted my initial case handler Richard T who handled the conversation around the sale of my property in a professional manner, providing information on the step by step process, this made the already difficult process easier to manage. The case was then passed to Andrew H who was also professional, provided in depth details on the next steps and an insight on what was required to get to completion. Finally after dealing with numerous estate agents for 13 months was very exhausting, however after speaking to Richard and Andrew things were moving pretty swiftly and we finally had a plan and the end was in sight. At Mooved both Richard and Andrew were able to get the property to completion within 11 weeks. I would definitely use again and recommend excellent team of people very professional, polite and transparent from start to finish.
