On dealing with mooved..they were very professional all the way through the buying of my property and quickly, procurement of a investor.too secure the funds too pay off my loan with my previous mortgage company. First point of contact was ANDREW HEGERTY ,a fantastic reassuring person I spoke too frequently over the phone ,when I was unsure of the financial process in selling my home .can't say enough about my dealings with Andrew and his team ,always there for me when needed .so all I want too say thank you too Andrew also James ,and too the mooved team ,let's say everything that there service said on the tin ,happened. Although Mooved is not local to the property we are buying, it has been relatively easy to contact them via email, WhatsApp and phone. Richard has been the person who has helped us the most. He has been keen to progress the sale and offered clear information.

I got in touch with James when my house sale stalled , due to an issue at the bottom of the chain .
James was in touch weekly with myself and gave invaluable advice to myself to get the chain moving
again .
We were in contact for the best part of 2 months , no pressure , just great advice from someone more knowledgeable than I.
I finally exchanged/ completed , through traditional routes .
If the chain had collapsed i wouldn't have hesitated to have James step in.

Andrew has chased all manner of things up to a conclusion and kept me informed of what was happening . The amazing thing about their service to me is they were acting for the lady I was buying from yet I got information from them about progress and next steps .I honestly would recommend them for buying and selling your property . Andrew went over and above when a problem with the council's permission to erect a fence in the garden was initially refused.and the sale because of that was going to be lost!
He succeeded in persuading them that it wasn't going to be encroaching or out of character for the area and not an unrealistic request. He saved the day as the council then agreed with him! Both Andrew and James are brilliant at their jobs and have my forever gratitude .
