I got an add on my Instagram feed about the little octopus. I saw that they had a buy 1 get 3 free deal and I thought it would be a perfect gift for my family for Christmas, so I bought it. I then went online and read some of the reviews, and I was worried it was going to be a scam. A couple of days later I got an email that said the shipping process was delayed due to covid (totally understandable and not unusual right now). I emailed them back about timing and they got back to me right away with great customer service. Anyway, I got my shipping code and was able to track it fairly easily (there’s a hidden link in the email when you click on the tracking number). I received my order in about 3 weeks, maybe less and they are so cute and soft. I agree that $30 for one of these little guys would be really overpriced, but $30 for 4 is about right. Anyway, I was skeptical going in, but pleasantly surprised.

Placed an order 2 months ago. Still no plush. Bogus company. Scam. Do not buy. A company who prides itself on taking peoples money and sending you toys directly rom China.

Ordered a month ago and still haven’t arrived. Customer service is shocking and refusing to refund me and now just ignoring emails. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Back in September, I came across a snapchat and Instagram ad for "mood plush". I really liked the octopus so I did an order of around 50$. At the last minute just before I put my card details in, I checked the internet to see if there was a cheaper option. I found it instantly on amazon for around 3$. I was lucky to have dodged this bullet, but others have not. I received my order in the shipping time expected, and it was good quality. MOOD PLUSH IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!

Ordered 3 octopus and 2 avocados, used their codes, everything seemed fine at first. Then I noticed they didn't seem to be shipping, and I asked about it through email. Got 2 emails, one finally giving me a shipping code that doesn't work, and one stating I already had a shipping code and that they would look into it. They've been dodging me ever since. Flagging their Instagram ads as a scam and I am hoping to get a refund.

I ordered when there were still no trustpilot reviews. About 2 weeks later I checked trustpilot and there where two negative reviews: with the tracking code not working and the assistance not answering I really thought this was a scam. Then today the package arrived. I am still confused.
4 stars only because the tracking code got me confused.
I would suggest the moodplush team to stop sending tracking codes that don't work.

Ordered 2 of these for close friends for their birthday and it has not turned up and not sure how to even attempt getting a refund .😡

Never received any updates on my order, and emails would bounce back because the email dosnt exist anymore. Thanks. Birthday present for a close friend down the drain.

Would love this to be a 0. Order never comes and the delivery date just keeps getting pushed back by the customer service team.

Bought it and never got my order nor an update on it. The website looks professional and trustworthy but it's really a scam. They gave me a tracking number but it doesn't exist in the carrier's database. Wasted 20$

Edit: the tracking number is now on the carrier's website, after they gave me a different one, it's been about a month and still haven't gotten it, says in the website that it's still in the origin country in the dispatch centre or something like that. If I do receive my order I'll update my review! Changing my rating to 2 stars.
