I got scammed today from this site! I had no idea that the site is a complete fraud now im in contact with my bitcoin support to manage getting a refund this was a very bad mistake I thought the site was legit until I got hit with a scam! I asked other legit websites about this site they told me do not ever buy from them again they are scammers and they scammed many other costumers, I just wish I knew this before I placed my order but from now on NEVER AGAIN.

This company is criminal. The last thing you will hear from them is they got your money. Don't do it. Their Bitcoin processor does not even use 6 confirmations...it's just gone in an instant.Thieves! The site appears fairly legitimate and I made a grave error by not checking out reviews like this first. Don't do it.

Complete theft of money, (mine). $431 dollars in October, 2018. Nothing received no product, no return emails, nothing. I should have known they were just like the ones from China. Ukraine brokers are the only real ones, anymore. Kicking myself for it, but they need to shutter this site. Someone does, anyway, or prevent theft on it. Don't waste YOUR money like I did.

Had a good order once. Then once ordered again and left on "being handled" for 5 months now, no response from contact.

They totally took my money all of $400. Sent them numerous emails and no answer. There is NO number to talk to someone else. I am OVER THE TOP mad!! They should take their site down.

Never delivered or even responded to inquires as to the delivery delay. Took my money though.

DUTYFREE.IO is NO LONGER SELLING/IN BUSINESS DUE TO ACTION AGAINST THEM FROM THE FDA.

I have seen many people, formerly myself, recommending dutyfree.io (which it was) as a legitimate and reliable cheap international tax-free cigarette distributor, but, as many know, and just as many don't know: Their website is still up and active, but all of it's operators bailed due to encroaching and investigation by the U.S. FDA and other country's customs/health administrations.

Basically, the FDA said they would proceed in "including, but not limited to, civil money penalties, no-tobacco-sale orders, criminal prosecution, seizure, and/or injunction." of their business. Shortly after that, people started not getting their paid in full orders and there was no reply from any rep of the company. Essentially, the site is UP but NOT being monitored nor is anything being shipped.

The last activity they had on their official twitter/3rd party review sites was in mid 2016, right before the FDA filed official actions against them

Ordered a carton of Sobranie Black Russians and was told within 24hrs it was shipped to the UK. This was on the 31st August. No sign of them and its 10th October. Have sent a message with no reply from the site. :(

Placed two orders seven weeks ago, including one with express delivery. I have yet to receive either order and 'Karl' is no longer replying to messages, (something he will do promptly if you enquire about your first order)! Thief.

Dutyfree.io was an efficient website back in the days. As for today or even since the start of 2017, they are SCAMMERS. I ordered in June 3 cartons and 2 months later nothing has arrived and they don't reply to any emails. DO NOT BUY FROM DUTYFREE.IO. They now take your money and run. I got stole over 130 USD and I sent 3 emails but they don't respond. They removed their live chat on their site and this motherf*** Karl won't reply to you ever. I ordered from them 2 years ago and it was legit. For whatever reason, they're are now scammers. F*** THEM AND F*** THIS WEBSITE. If you can, they deserve full DDOS attcks. If somebody doesn't do it, imma ddos the s*** out of their site. Never order from them even if you have already.

I ordered 3 cartons over seven weeks ago. I have not received any cigarettes nor any reply to my emails. Do not buy from this company. I lost $100.

Didn't receive orders. One with tracked shipping one free shipping. Tried emailing them 3 times over a week regarding the tracked order. No response.

Hi Jack, as promised this is my review and I hope will be posted. After 5 weeks waiting for my order as you suggested, I have sent you a lot of emails asking about my parcel that you never responsed. I requested the tracking number in order to confirm that you sent the order but it was never provided. So, I dont know if you sent the parcel (probably not). The thing is the parcel never arrived. I lost my money and you dont answer my emails. This is my dissapointed experience with dutyfree.io. Be careful, they are scammers.

Have ordered from them a few times. Normally there were no problems although one box got lost one time. Karl told me it was because I did not pay for tracked shipping and there was no way to trace that one box. I ordered a few times again and paid for tracking and had no problems. My last order in January was handled as before but after 5 weeks the shipment had not arrived. I contacted Karl at the end of February. He said it was returned to them for some strange reason by USPS and he reshipped but without tracking this time. Here it is 6 weeks later, no product and no response from Karl. I suggest you avoid. Seems Dutyfree.io can't figure out how to get shipments to customers anymore. I have dealt with other international vendors and although they have problems from time to time at least they respond and they always manage to get me my products one way or the other.
