Excellent, from start to finish. Highly efficient. Brilliant use of technology meaning we could provide documents quickly. The online portal meant we could see our case progress at our leisure and know when it was last worked on (rather than ring every few days to chase updates, and be left waiting for replies). If we did phone or email, responses were normally the same day. All staff were polite and highly knowledgable, and went the extra mile to get us through.
