Absolutely outstanding service!

We had a very difficult process with this firm. There was a lot of confusion in regard to who was taking our case. As first time buyers, the lack of clarity and communication made the process extremely stressful.
After our purchase and paying them their fees we started receiving communication from the council chasing a payment the previous owners didn’t do. This is of course not our bill but we’ve been chasing this for over 3 months, calling , sending emails to Waterstones. Incredibly time consuming and they say “they can’t do anything until the sellers respond”. This was their job in the first place and as a company they should be taking responsibility for it.

They used to be good, but then the paralegal i was dealing with left, and then i got someone else (Fiza) and eventually she just ends up being super unresponsive, I have to prompt several times and things are also missed and I end up having to ask several times or check in on stuff.

Additionally it seems that now they're ignoring me, it's been about 2 weeks + and zero responses.

Nitesh Rewatkar has been absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend. Communication was fluent and frequent. Nitesh always responded quickly and informatively and extremely timely. Thank you so much for your service.
