I’m currently fighting for a full refund and I cancelled my order#558993 within 24 hours. I’ve left numerous messages, sent numerous chats and emails. RUN!!! These people are scammers and stealing hard earned money from EVERYONE they come in contact with.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! Look up the address, this isn’t a business. I wish I had done more research beforehand. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these thieves!

There customer service is horrible
I purchased a turbo 400
And had some issues
You can not get a person on the phone and after waiting for hours they treat you horrible

I received the trans covered with trans oil
The pan gasket was cork and leaked
The shifter rod was rusted and the seal was not installed

I submitted a warranty form with no response

Do not buy from them

I recently bought a lockout kit for a 700r transmission. My customer service rep. John Blair was very helpful in getting me what I needed.

I’ve purchased a 4L65E on 10/10/22. First off they send me a 4L60E, which I ask for the 4L65E. Secondly, when I had a licensed GM technician install it me and come to find out that the transmission would not go into any gear. After diagnosing the issue, the technician discover the transmission had a bad oil pump. Try to talk to several of Monster’s representatives and they will not work work me to resolve the issue. They were telling me that I would have to pay out my pocket for their warranty. The GM technician had an estimate of $1200 to repair it. After battling with monster, I was left with no choice but to dispute the transaction with my bank. After 7 months of investigation with the bank, I won the settlement in end February of 2023. Now to this date 5/3/23, monster is now is harassing me with collection agencies twice, and both agencies have drop their case against me after hear my story and providing them with evidence.

Straight to point.. can't wait to see how there transmission are

Sold me a transmission that lasted 800 miles.they will not talk to you only email back and forth.really sorry product and customer service

No support, parts don't fit together. Ordered a tyranny, torque converter combo and the torque converter doesn't fit. Good luck talking to someone or if you do getting a answer or call back. All I can say is run away. Not worth the hassle and no one there knows what they are talking about.

I bought one of these transmissions and three weeks later it's not working. And now iv spent all day Monday on the phone and never spoke to anyone they will not return any of my voice mail emails or the phone

Getting a timely refund on my core. Two months and still no core refund. They have a lame reason every time I call.

TRIED TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT TO WRITE A REVIEW ON A TUBO 400 I GOT FROM THEM LAST YEAR. FIRST ONE WAS SENT WITH DRY ROTTED REAR SEAL AND A CRACK IN THE TOP OF THE CASE. SENT BACK AND THIS ONE WON'T STOP LEAKING, REAR TAIL HOUSING, GOVERNOR COVER, AND PAN. WON'T BUY FROM THEM ANYMORE.

I have been looking at purchasing a replacement transmission for some time. I finally called in and found the experience quite informative. They answered all my questions and quickly got my transmission on its way to me.

I told them i was doing anold school v8 327 ci chevy swap in a s10 pickup, i wanted a 700r4 that would handle 450 horsepower or more, they charged me 3600 plus dollars. and when that project flopped i had an old 57 belair i decided would be better off with the 327 , n i was going to use an old school th350 tranny. So i sold the 700r4. Told him what i told monster transmission. He called they told him they sold me the lowest performance 700r4 for the 4.3 V6 with 180 horsepower, that if i had even drove the vehicle with that much horsepower
it would habe destroyed the transmission and i would not get any help.in warranty claims , yet they charged me for a higher performance stage 2 700r4 n semt me a pos. They lied their buts off. To me ,they ripped me off, and now i am.hearing they are doing this to a lot of people, i wont be buying any more stuff from.them. they are untrustworthy amd liars. Thieves

My sales rep Scott was awesome and got me taken care of very quickly. So far I am very pleased with the customer service they provide.

4l65e 2-4 band started slipping after only about 500 miles. Tore it apart myself and it appeared that a new band was used on a badly worn (concave friction surface). The band was worn on the edges but not in the middle which is evidence a new band was used on a badly worn drum. When I reported the issue to Monster I was told because I did not buy their torque converter my warranty was void and they wouldn't fix it.

Terrible company, I paid good money for a custom built torque converter, gave them my vehicle specs to make sure I got the right converter, and what I received was an off the shelf converter not built to my specs. They tell me I can pay to ship it back and they will reset the stall, but they won't even provide me the shipping info to send it back. They don't answer the phone and refuse to return calls after leaving several messages. Stay far away from this company.

Ordered Transmission, was told it would be fully dyno'd before shipped out. Plus will ship with case of transmission fluid. Had shipped to dodge dealership. Dealership installed transmission. Noted loud clunk when going into reverse. Ticking noise in reverse while backing up. Vehicle still moves forward when in park. Once in park unable to get out of park unless you go to rear of vehicle and push forward until you hear a click.
Called Monster Transmission (MT). Spoke to Haley, was transfered to technician. Tech said drive it 250 miles. Needs to work in.
Loud clunk noise gone. Everything else still an issue. Called Haley again, made me fill out a warranty form which I didn't understand since transmission is defective to begin with. Then was told I'd be on the hook for labor above 300.00. What! You sent me a defective transmission. Clearly wasn't tested before being shipped.
Since that call, it's going on 3 weeks. Monster Transmission is not calling me back. Monster Transmission hasn't called dealership where work was done. Monster Transmission is not answering my repeated emails.
Looks like this will go to court now. So. I cannot recommend this company and I urge you to do your research prior to doing business with Monster Transmission. Look at reviews from bbb. F rating. Check reviews from other sites. Best of luck.
