Highly disappointed in this company. At first I was excited to try this company. In April 2026 I found a destination i wanted so I signed up. Then when I went to try and book the reservation a few days later, they said that location has not been available for awhile and they have not tooken down that destination spot. I said ok, Please cancel my membership. They said no problem. I thought the problem was solved.. NOPE! They charged me the next month in May 2026. I sent an email and they apologized and said they would refund my charge back to my bank. It NEVER was returned. I honestly let it go.... now it's June 2026 and im being charged again!! Now im being charged twice for something I canceled. STAY AWAY from this company... they never answer the phone either.

He is not in the best of health, so he is not sitting down there in below zero weather in the cold wind and snow. When I called them they argued with me and the only other option they gave me was to purchase another package for a fee, but they could not tell me if this place would be booked up, too. Way to go Monster, taking advantage of a vet.

I had to demand a cancellation for the original reservation as the accommodations were not what was advertised. However, the reservation agent, Kino Williams, did do her best to correct my reservation. I am now satisfied although I had to change dates for my trip.
Aisha Gudger was the absolute best. She is the only one at Monster who has ever taken the time to explain to me how to use the vacation package that I purchased last year. She was patient with me and made sure I fully understood everything and answered all of my questions.

Do not use this company. They had me on hold for over an hour and that was just one of the three numbers I had to call to book my reservation. When I finally spoke with someone they asked the most ridiculous questions then put me on another very long hold only to tell me there was no availability. It was a horrible experience. Do not use this company if you want peace and relaxation for your next vacation.
What made my experience great was Taylor she couldn’t be more helpful and I hope to have her or someone like her each time. I call him.

My experience was great because I actually spoke to someone that was able to help answer my questions. The woman i spoke to was really nice. We are actually from the same city. I find that cool with i run into people that from the same. I love that Monster provides opportunities to all walks of life. As a guest: i love when the agents care enough to paint a picture. Stay away from Monster Reservations Group.
The entire sales process was based on misleading information and half-truths. We were told that we only had to attend one presentation to receive the benefits of the package. That turned out to be completely false. After purchasing, we were pressured into attending additional presentations that were never disclosed during the sale.
What made it even worse is that they conveniently failed to explain the restrictions for families larger than three people. The all-inclusive vacations they advertise sound amazing, but once you try to book for a larger family, you quickly discover the limitations, extra costs, and lack of availability that were never mentioned during the sales pitch.
It feels like they tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign up, then the story changes afterward. If they were honest and transparent from the beginning, customers could make an informed decision. Instead, the experience left us feeling deceived and frustrated.
Before you spend a dime with this company, get every promise in writing and read the fine print carefully. Don’t rely on what their sales representatives tell you because our experience was that many of those promises simply were not true.

Marc was very helpful and got me set up for my Vegas trip I just had to call back later cuz my first and last name got spelled wrong which took 3 hours to get a hold of somebody on the phone besides that everything seems okay so far

They will not answer the phone after several attempts to reschedule a date. Then, they send an automated message via email that won’t allow a reschedule unless you buy the White Glove they try force on you. Not good for a company that is planning to try to sell me anything.
