Everything great except payment went through but confirmation did not arrive so I had no way to send prescription. However, customer service was great when I phoned and all resolved quickly. Item was dispatched immediately and arrived safely.

Disappointed the way Hyperdrug has changed so dramatically after using the company for several decades, in particular that P&P for horse wormers is no longer free, I’m likely to look for a different dupplier in future

As a 83year old ,I dread ordering online but I must admit it was easy ordering my item and receiving the item in such a short time was excellent.

Royal Mail have still not delivered my order they have email me every day to say they are delivering but do not turn up ,this is happening on a regular basis . I have stayed in for 3 days for this delivery as i need to worm some horses that are going away for training . I do not use them anymore myself. Regards Ann

We always use Hyperdrug for our monthly supply of stud muffins and this month they have moved over to Molecule so we were slightly worried that there would be a drop off in service.

But no need to worry the service was as great as always so hopefully this continues under new ownership.
