DO NOT BUY FROM OR SELL TO MOBILEPHONESUPERMARKET. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU.

I bought a new Samsung Galaxy A13 smartphone from this company via the Onbuy website. What they sent was a Samsung Galaxy A14 smartphone. After emailing them through Onbuy returns procedure they are expecting me to pay the postage to return the phone. I asked them 5 days ago to arrange for their courier to collect the phone but have had no reply.
They don't answer phone calls and take days to reply to emails, if they reply at all.

Sent a mint iphone12. Had to chase them to confirm receipt of the device and guess what, their “technician” has found tiny scratches on it and therefore drastically reduced the offer price. What a joke. I took photos of the device before I carefully wrapped it in bubble wrap. To top it off, they want me to pay £10 for them to return it. They even gave me the details of a private bank account to transfer the money to have it returned. All I can say is that I’m glad they emailed me to confirm they have my device. Now, what’s the number for the police? Now they reported my review. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

Smartphones with scratch marks and scuff marks beyond normal wear and tear do attract our best revised offer.
It is a normal process not only in terms of selling a used phone but also in buying a used phone on any online marketplace that the price offered is based on the condition of the phone and market value.
Your iPhone has been returned back to you without any delivery charges to you and we hope you sell your iPhone at a better price than what we have offered.

Do not touch sent them my iPhone in its original box originally offered £117 waited several days after they received my phone after several emails then they emailed and offered me £40 which I refused had to pay for them to return my phone it was returned but minus the original box I sent with my phone

Our service technicians found your iPhone to be damaged with a big crack mark on the LCD which does devalue it and as such you were offered our best revised offer. As you were not happy with the revised offer and upon your request, your iPhone was returned back to you. We hope you sell your iPhone at a better price than what we have offered. Best price offered & prompt payment made!

After searching online, I came across Mobile Phone Market to sell my old iPhone after an upgrade. The return pack arrived quickly just within 2 days. The whole experience from selling my iPhone to receiving payment was very fast. I’m well pleased with the regular updates from this company. Got an email that the device was received and the payment was in my account the same evening! I would highly recommend Mobile Phone Market and will definitely use them again in the near future.
