Absolutely would not recommend this company. Their behaviour as a company has been appalling. i would suspect that they are a scam of a company but they did deliver a product, but not the one i ordered. I have been chasing customer services for the last 5 weeks, requesting that they collect the item they sent and either deliver the correct item that i ordered or give me a refund.
Their customer service is appalling. i received one email from them saying they have a problem with a courier for my area. That was 4 wks ago and since then, i have heard absolutely nothing from them.
I need the urn i requested, not the urn they sent, as it fits perfectly in my kitchen. I have also just had a newborn baby so the urn would have been very useful for me but the company have totally ignored me.

I chose not to go though Amazon as i wanted to help the small independent companies, but this company has totally let me, itself and other small independent companies down.

Don't bother with this company. Waste of time and a disappointment.

I ordered an urn from this company because I understood from it's website that it has a British base. I didn't need it urgently but expected a quick delivery from the information on the website. When it had not arrived after more than a week I was concerned and tried to find a phone number - unsuccessfully. So I sent an email asking if there was a problem or what was causing the delay. I received no response and was considering ordering from another company and taking advice regarding a refund. However, without any direct contact from the company I received notification that the urn would be delivered, which it was. The urn itself seems to work well after one use.

Excellent company. Lots of choices to choose from and the prices are very hard to beat. Took a week to deliver but with the current situation that's OK. Would highly recommend hot water urns.co.uk and will definitely use them again

Good price, good product and excellent customer service. We needed a fast delivery and they do everything with 24 hour delivery so Parcelforce were here the following morning and the cricket club got their tea's and coffee's at the weekend!
