I've just taken delivery of a new Dacia Bigster from Mitchell's in Lowestoft,the deal handled by Jonathan Kent.I'm extremely pleased with my new car following an enjoyable test drive,no pressure sales nonsense just a pleasurable experience with good old fashioned service, how it used to be 30-40years ago.He was very product knowledgeable which was helpful as I hadn't even ever looked at a Dacia before walking into their showroom.Once you can overcome any 'badge'
basis you might have any buyer will quickly realise what superb value Dacia are,and are most worthy of serious consideration.

We use the Great Yarmouth branch twice a year for the MOT and a yearly service. Always made welcome and the staff are very efficient and friendly. It's good to have peace of mind that nothing is going to be missed and create a nightmare on a road trip somewhere.

Returned to Mitchell’s Lowestoft due to past good service and have purchased another Dacia. Craig has been so helpful and patient. He has listened to my requests and provided information I needed. All staff have been so friendly and helpful.

We are very pleased with our Dacia BIgster Extreme, makes for much easier driving than our previous Sandero Stepway which we traded in. Fuel effiecient, spacious, user friendly cockpit controls and certainly worth the price.

The service received was as good as always. The only thing missing now is that no ‘manual gearbox’/petrol courtesy car is offered, which I feel is a let down to those Customers (like myself) who have never driven an automatic/electric car, and have no intention of doing so for some time!

Phoned up to book service, girl was polite and efficient, took car in and was served politely and efficiently. When I collected car my dog did a nervous wee, they were very o.k. about it and cleaned up without a fuss.
