Ive been coming to FreshMotors for a few years now and have always found the staff to be extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I have two cars which FreshMotors service on a regular basis giving me reassurance and peace of mind that my cars run smoothly. I've had many car related questions and Ive always found their knowledge and advice to be exceptional. No question is too much trouble for them. The booking system is so straightforward, either email, messaging or just a quick phone call and your car is all booked in. More important their coffee is amazing. Jim Macdonald

I found purchasing a used car from FRESH Motors a pleasing and trouble free experience. The purchase was made online after being shown a walk-round video and the car was delivered to my door. My old car was taken away on a part exchange basis. Communication between myself and the salesman was excellent. He was both polite and professional making my purchase a seamless transaction. Buying a car from Fresh Motors was very easy and stress free. As this was the first car I was buying I didn’t know what to expect but everything was very straightforward and a great experience. I had a MOT done today. It was done while I waited. They have a clean comfortable waiting area where I was offered a drink. I had to wait the minimum time it takes to complete. I just trust this garage.

Made our purchase with Kieran. Very knowledgeable. Timescale on picking up the new car was slightly longer than o hoped but this was due to staffing issues not the car.

Went and viewed a car on a Saturday, all staff were friendly and helpful. Went away to have a think and came back Sunday to test drive. Again staff were brilliant and handed me the keys without any problems. I put down a deposit and within 3 days the car was fully valeted and had a lovely ceramic coat applied making it look amazing.

Kieran handled the sale/paperwork and was a pleasure to deal with so thank you for that. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car to pop down and have a look round Fresh Motors.

I found the dealership to be excellent, was left alone to pick and choose which models I was interested in, then given all updated information, found the staff to be courteous and professional, gained a great deal and trade in, lots of extras and the experience was completely stress free, I would not hesitate to recommend or indeed purchase again from Fresh.

Purchased my car from Fresh Motors in August 2025. I'd visited a few times and liked the feel of the garage who were very friendly. I had a particular car with requirements/ features I knew I needed due to my remote location in Yorkshire. It was like finding a needle in a haystack but I kept an eye on their website which was easy to navigate and was delighted when I saw what became my new car. I was able to part exchange my car and they were able to accommodate my request in purchasing the car on the Monday to then drive away on the Thursday as I had come down to visit family. We're really enjoying the car and hope to be back to visit soon for the cars service and MOT.

Second car I’ve purchased from this dealership and both times were a great experience. Adam Moss was fantastic to work with. He was professional, timely, informative and courteous. Pleasure to work with him and the dealership.

1) Me. I prefer horse drawn carriages to cars. And I know more about horse drawn carriages than cars.
2) My old car. Horrible and terrible for two years, despite being patiently looked after by the Fresh Motors Team. It must go!!!
3) Service Advisor Dave on Reception. An excellent listener and a very patient man, who is listening to me a lot because I have much to say about my old car.
4) Technician Matt. Looks at the old car, preforms a test drive, listens to engine sounds and has tears in his eyes when he sadly confirms death by multisystem failure. Throughout the procedure he stays cool and collected with the occasional sprinkle of humour.
5) Dave. More listening.
6) Sales Executive Adam. Personality of a reassuring older brother. Fully aware that it will be difficult to achieve a sale because I am in a state of shock after losing my not-loved old car. Several attempts to console me fail until he thinks outside the box and offers me something I would have never thought of.
7) I fall in love with a second-hand car. Very emotional scene.
8) Dave. More listening. Still smiling.
9) After-show party and congratulations. Also present Service Manager Ricardo (the invisibly visible trouble shooter in the background) and Director Danny (who is always there, I do not know how he does it).

Purchased a camper van from Fresh Motors back in September 25. From the initial enquiry, through to picking up the vehicle we were treated with respect by very polite, friendly staff. From director to a service technician we were received & treated warmly. Every part of the purchase process was explained in easy terms. A few mechanical problems were highlighted during the prep of the vehicle, which was explained, addressed & rectified by the team before being handed over or the vehicle was booked to have the work carried out, so we could still drive off on the agreed date. I technical problem found after driving away a few days later has been handled professionally at no costs to us. Thanks especially to Danny Williams, Ricadro Nunes, Dave on service reception.
