I had a specific request for a product with a European plug, and Mitchell Cooper where able to provide it at a reasonable price compared to other companies. The whole process was smooth, and their customer service really stood out.
A big thank you to Jimmy especially emailing me when he was off sick on a friday which saved me a whole weekend. This kind of responsiveness and efficiency is exactly what great customer service looks like.
Highly recommend Mitchell Cooper for both their pricing and support!

I was told my items were not correct on your system and needed to be deleted and replaced by ‘new model parts’ from your website despite no wrong doing on my part clearly placing the order with payment.
I strongly believe that because the pricing was so low, possibly a mistake made on your end my order had been cancelled
