Great credit card company! I give them a 10/10!
I am so grateful for Mission Lane for giving me $2000 in credit to play with. I love to play with it!!! I love to swipe my card, pay it, and do it all over again!! It has made holidays and special occasions much easier(and fun-love to see kiddos grin). Everything with Mission Lane has been easy. Anytime I have had a question, I get a quick and comprehensive response. Customer service is 10/10. It is so easy to make payments with the app. The app is also very easy to navigate. Everything is clear and simple. I have absolutely zero complaints and do highly recommend!!

Late fee applied immediately after 5 PM. I had an emergency situation and paid my bill a few hours late and had a late fee was applied. The interest rates are insane. I am currently working on paying off this card and closing the account.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service, you guys have my banking information and hold my money for 7 days. I ask this question to your employees and no one could answer it? What bank allows you to spend money you don’t have in the bank? Answer none do. So there absolutely no reason to hold my money for 7 days and on the same day I make a payment you send me a email saying that my bank has authorized the payment. Make it make sense. I didn’t and don’t need mission that’s why I let you go period
