Been nearly 2 weeks and item not shipped instagram need to stop using scam websites for advertising this company is a joke

Shipping took FOREVER, I honestly thought that I had been scammed. The boots finally came almost two months later, but at first glance, it doesnt not seem like the shoes are quality at all. My boots arrived with a small rip on the inside already. Even though I had paid for protection, this was not a large enough defect to receive any money back or an exchange. I will not be buying from here again, and I regret taking a chance on Missheel.

Super cute shoes. Fast shipping too. Exchanged for a different size, no issues at all. Will definitely order from them again.

I ordered two different pairs of boots. One came quickly and the other took a bit longer but arrived. I was concerned that the second pair was lost in the mail. There is no phone number to call, but they do reply by email. I love them both!

I wouldn’t buy a spoon from this company. No number to contact and they don’t respond to your emails.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They sent me the wrong pair of shoes, I paid $15 to ship them back and they are unresponsive and have not provided my refund.

I ordered a cute pair of cowboy heels for almost 70 dollars and it has been two weeks. Nothing was delivered. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! SUCH A SCAM!!!

They sent me the wrong product and then refused to refund me the $70 it cost to ship them back. I had to go through my bank in order to get a refund after they refused to do so. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company's customer service is a complete joke. I ordered shoes that came out to be 60 sum Canadian dollars and they still haven't arrived because there was a small mix up with my address. I have been fighting with them over email about refunding me but they keep making excuses about the shipment details. I have emailed them for a month straight with no useful help or any solutions. I will soon be tempted to take this to the authorities.

They offer no customer service and the items they send do not reflect the item quality they post. Their on-site reviews are likely fake as after they charge you (if you get your order) it'll take months. If they send you faulty items the company will not rectify their error and ask you to pay shipping and a restocking fee which will end up costing you the price of the item.
Don't drop your money here

AVOID!!… if you want any kind of response or ability to contact.

2 emails… and still no response.
It’s like dropping your $$$ in a hole and then hoping your order will show up.
Will never do this again.

I purchase multiple times in this company and have never had trouble specially fir the shipping and the service customer was very helpful. Their quality of the shoes I got is great . Will recommend this for sure to my friends.

I purchased “Knee High” rhinestone cowboy boots from Miss Heel. When they arrived they were NOT knee high, they were mid calf. I reached out to the company with all the photos they requested and they agreed to a refund. They said if I shipped them they would then refund me the money for shipping as they had misrepresented the product which per their website entitled me to free return shipping. However they couldn’t do that until AFTER I shipped the boots back because I lived in Canada. I received the refund for my purchase but Miss Heel is now unresponsive telling me they can’t do a PayPal transfer and avoided answering my emails about Transferwise. AVOID at all costs, it’s not worth it and they are liars.

Zero stars. I tried to order a six and they sent shoes that were a 9.5 with a receipt saying that’s what i ordered. Pretty sure they were out of my size and sent what they had…then refused to let me return it. Super shady business. Awful customer service. Rude. Avoid avoid avoid. Oh and their products are cheap. Look cheap. Feel cheap. And smell like plastic. Stay away

Deeply disappointed with this company. Waited a month for my item to ship to find out this is an international dropship company. This company is a joke. Ridiculous, poor customer service.

I purchased on this site 2 pairs of fantastic boots, they are very beautiful and comfortable! They arrived at the established times, delivery was very fast. There are models of very modern and unique shoes and boots.

I ordered a size up and my shoes were still too small. I emailed miss heel for an exchange and no response within 2 day so I emailed again. They responded 4 days later... charging 80% for a restock fee when I'm not returning I'm exchanging for another size. They don't send a return label or anything so you pay out of pocket for everything even when it's their fault. I would never by from them again.

I ordered a US size 6 boot which is what I have worn for years. When the boots came I could tell right away they were a much larger size. I tried them on and they swam on me. I had my daughter try them on she wears a 7 1/2 and they were even a little big on her. The tags had 6 on the box had 6 but clearly someone had made a mistake at the factory. I expressed my concerns with pictures to missheel but they would do nothing to exchange it at their cost. Even though, in this case it was not a midsize on my part it was clearly on the theirs. It would’ve cost me as much to ship the boots as it was to pay for them. I will now have to sell them myself being that they are brand new boots, never worn but a size 7 1/2 to 8. I was very disappointed in the response I received after several emails to the company. I will NEVER order from Missheel again knowing they will not stand by the return policy.
If it were my sizing mistake, I could accept the policy but this was a clear mistake on the factories part. There was nothing stated the boot ran large in sizing.
