Mint London 

I feel duped, took 2 weeks+ to arrive, and quality is rubbish . I foolishly thought Mint London would be based in the UK….no, it’s china. So when I ordered the top, I expected it to arrive within the week, but when it didn’t , I checked tracking details and it was at the airport?! , usually items coming from London to the East Midlands come via the railway or road, so this made me check trustpilot, and now I wish I’d checked before the purchase. The fabric really is not quality, its cheap , so disappointed. Please don’t buy from here, venture to a proper shoo and check the fabric first.

OMG! DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Order took ages to arrive. Products arrived, rubbish quality, colours nothing like those pictured, cheap material, badly made. And then when I tried to return the items that’s when the fun began! First of all they asked for photos of the items I wanted to return, then they offered me a 20% refund if I kept the items. I said I still wanted to return them and they increased their offer to 35% which I still declined. Each communication took an age to reply. Had to return to China and pay the postage and customs charges. Sent details of the tracking for the return which they said they couldn’t open. Many emails later and they finally accepted they had received the return and said they would process the refund. Several weeks later after many emails promising to process it quickly I finally got a refund. Would NEVER buy from them again and no matter how nice anything looks in the pictures I would encourage everyone else to AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!
I have never bought anything from a company that comes anywhere near as bad as this one!!!!

Do not buy from Mint-London. This company are not in London as the name would suggest. Long time to despatch clothing ordered, obviously came from China. Extremely poor quality.

Long arduous process to return for refund, return address withheld until the last minute. The process very specific requirements and costly. I had NO confidence that any money would be refunded even if I did post back at my expense so I abandoned any hope of a refund

My advice is do not buy from any company that advertises on FaceBook.

I was taken in by thinking they were in the UK , I am trying to return an item that doesn’t fit and the material doesn’t match the photo! I’ve been offered 10%not to return the item. I would never use them again.

I hold up my hands - I thought the company was linked with Mint Velvet. Entirely my fault for not doing my homework. Anyway ... the first thing that struck me when I opened the items (2 knotted hem t-shirts) was the awful shiny material - the kind of fabric used for leotards in junior school PE back in the 80s. There were no tags, no labels in the garments (excepting for the "Made in China" detail) - they could have been worn for all I knew. And then - the clothing quality. The hem on the 2 identical tops was vastly different, with 1 hanging asymmetrically. In the other top, the stitching was very shoddy and coming away completely in one area. Because I had missed the 14-day returns window by a week, I was advised that I was not eligible for any refund. However, the element that I find most concerning about my experience with this dodgy dealer is that any refund given "excludes shipping costs". I've since read other reviews where customers were required to return their items to China, in which case by the time shipping costs are deducted, there is very little, if any, refund. Based on my experience of the quality of the clothing, the postage would cost more than the clothes are worth! I'm not an expert in trading standards but I'd be surprised if Mint London isn't coming close to infringing these in terms of its garment quality versus its advertising, and its returns policy. Be smarter than me - do check the details before deciding if you want to order from this company. My recommendation, though, would be to run, run, run in the opposite direction.

Awful product, nothing like the photos. No real return policy. Ended up having to accent a 20% refund rather than send back to China tracked. Just a total rip off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Not mint and not London. Just rubbish China.

I was taken in by their Facebook page and the look of the clothing. Sad to say the clothing sent was of a shocking quality. Very cheap material.
Have tried to return to company but it's almost impossible.
Fo not buy from this company.

Appalling. Waited weeks for delivery. The item was poorly made of cheap material and totally unwearable.
They will only offer 10% refund or i have to post back to Asia which could take weeks and will be harmful to the planet.
Absolute rip off.

Placed my order 25th May and received goods 2 weeks later. Absolutely shocking quality, cheap material, poorly made and nothing like the advertisement. Contacted the company for ‘permission’ to return goods and followed instructions including photos of package and track and trace form. Cost me £20 to return goods to China. I started chasing refund in July - they informed me they would deduct £11.30 customs charge to import goods back into China then failed to repay balance of £45. I chased weekly for five weeks. Always the same excuse that goods had not cleared customs. In the end I managed to get a refund through my bank. Clearly a very disreputable company. They should not be trading as Mint London - nothing in their advertising suggests they are a Chinese company. Definitely would avoid buying from them.

Garment does not look like dress advertised. They say they offer 100 % refund this is after the cost to return to Asia/China whihc is £20 to £30 they offer 10 % then 20% then 30% if you don't want to return and keep the garment with some refund. Complete and utter SCAM.

I ordered a dress and it doesn’t fit well and is poor quality compared to the picture. I asked online for a returns label. They offered 10% refund & keep the item. I said no, refund please. Yesterday they said 20% refund and keep the dress. Said too expensive to return and not good for the environment. 3rd request for a full refund submitted yesterday. No response!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!! Goods are of poor quality and mis sized. They come from China so returning them for a refund is not an option. I tried and unsurprisingly they are stuck at customs so I can kiss goodbye to my money and the clothing. They should be closed down by the authorities!!

I ordered two items. Order took almost 3 weeks to arrive, was very poor quality when it arrived and very creased .. 1 item was non iron.
I will not be using this website again.

Nasty cheap merchandise!
Tried to return as advertised!
They wanted me to pay postage to China - waste of time!
Ended up with 30% back - feel robbed!

Like other customers - I would give 0 stars.
I feel extreme annoyed and conned.
Top I ordered was far too small.
Upon requesting a refund - like others before offered 10percent ( 3 quid) and I could keep the item.
WHY would I want to do that.
Their counter offer was then 20 percent back - another joke!
I was told I could send it back - to china but it would cost me 20 - 30 pounds.
The blurb did say 100 percent refund.
What an awful company.

What a shame there’s not an option for 0. What a bunch of cowboys. I’ve now had been trying to get a full refund for a dress that was delivered to me on 21/7/25, that bears absolutely no resemblance whatsoever to the dress that I ordered. It’s cheap, nasty and I’d never dream of wearing it, let alone order it.
I’ve now had to escalate this dispute to trading standards UK and citizens advice and I’m exercising my Short term right to reject the shoddy and cheap piece of rubbish that I’ve been sent. I’ve been advised that as the company is registered in the UK, I am legally allowed to return said junk to their UK address, instead of being expected to pay between £23-£30 postage to return to China.
I’ve also escalated this matter to my credit card company, who have been superb.
Please do not buy from this dreadful company again, what utter rubbish.

Firstly this is not in London but Asia - the quality is poor - returns are almost impossible - they offered me 10% discount to keep the item that doesn’t fit and I wouldn’t wear anyway it’s just awful - still fighting - considering writing off my £40 and throwing the article in the bin - if you want bargain clothes use SHEIN - a quarter of the price and returns experience and quality far superior

I thought I was ordering from Mint Velvet, can't think why... The dress arrived after 2 weeks from China not London. The dress is ok, no Labels inside, etc.. although said was half price, I would never have paid 80.00 for it.. I will wear it, but not smart enough for what I had in mind.. I shan't send back as I have learnt here that it could cost almost 20.00 to send back to China, or a 10% refund and keep the dress.

Poor quality product.

I ordered a dress in size 8 and after almost two weeks received what appeared to be size 12 (but as the label had been cut out, was difficult to know for certain). I emailed to complain as it was THEIR fault and requested 100% refund but was offered 10%. After several emails offering me 20%, then 30% and finally 40% with the understanding I’d post it back to China.
My advice: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
