Do not touch them. Been waiting since 27th November. They told me courier could not deliver. It is a business address so a lie. I asked for courier phone number but they could not supply this. Now 21st December and no parcel. Just a scam.

Very disappointed with shoes, were not value for money, very poor quality and seem to be a cheap replica of those advertised.

Chinese company masquerading as Australian, terrible shipping ordered 6 days ago and it still hasn't even been picked up.

I mistakenly thought they were an Australian Company so I could trust them. The shirt I received was a cheap replica of what I saw online and didn't fit. They come across as being very business-like but don't deliver the quality product. I won't order anything from them again. Check out the reviews of any company before ordering. I know I will be in future. Very disappointed!

They are misselling items... I bought a linen shirt which has absolutely no trace of linen in it at all... not to mention I bought premium linen trousers and shorts which have 5% linen mix and 95% cotton... nowhere on their description they even mentioned that any of the items have cotton mix....

Bought shoes. It's a scam. Not what is advertised. Only worth throwing in bin. I have never seen anything like it. False advertising. Do not buy.

‘Orthopaedic’ shoes were cheap plastic crap. Several sizes too small despite measuring my foot and comparing with their measurements online. Emailed to try and return and they’re telling me it will cost $75 to return the shoes (bought for $60) to wherever the hell they’re from (def not Melbourne). Offered a 20% refund or voucher for $45. Not happy. Should have read the reviews.

These sandals are shipped from China not Melbourne. They are cheap
And nasty and overpriced. Nothing remotely orthopaedic about them. Small sized and not comfortable or as advertised. Would not recommend.

Not an Australian company. (Very obvious the 5 star reviews here are fake.) Way too many exclamation marks. Steer well clear unless you want to waste your money as I did.

Bought orthopaedic shoes!! What a joke!! Felt like $2 plastic shoes and instead of a full refund. They offer a voucher to spend in their shop. No thanks.. after the reading all the reviews I'm not interested.
Why do I have to post to China when I bought something from Australia!

These company purport to be an Austalian company with a 30 day return policy, but when you ask to return something it's to China. So then they offer every incentive for you to keep the product and they'll give you a discount to buy something else. So if that doesn't fit, so on it goes. It's not the only company Charm in Sydney is pulling the same tricks. I actually returned something I bought from SP Zarenza which cost $25 to return it - tracked and its sitting in Customs in China, the manufacturer hasn't bothered to collect it, so I doubt if I'll get my refund there. Surely the ACCC has some control over these companies?

I purchased 2 items clothing received 2 weeks after. I was so so disappointed with the fabric the quality was so bad. Buyers beware dont let the photos on theri website/advertisement fool you because it sure fooled me. Refund Policy is disgrace they only give you 30% of what you paid. Please dont waste your time & money on this company. They deserve -0 zero rating.

Made and are not suitable as described in the advertisement of being orthopaedic shoes. Took forever to get here as they came from
China and not Melbourne as there business name suggests. Support team are quick to respond and offer a voucher code for full refund less $10 postage and you can keep the shoes. I guess that’s a bonus. But ideally I’d have loved full money refund to go and buy one pair of decent shoes from footmaster

Total scam.. will NEVER purchase from this company again. Firstly, they mislead consumers by advertising as an Australian company, however, the products come from China and are very poor quality. I purchased 5 pairs of shoes at an average cost of AUD 60 per pair. They are are poorly made and of inferior quality.. and they don't fit! As per recommendation, l ordered 1 size larger than my normal shoe size and they are still way too small.

Contrary to the name the company ships from Yanwen in China NOT Melbourne, so you are being mislead into believing you are purchasing from an Australian company.

The shipping information I recieved informed me of the items location and that is how I know where the item comes from.

Using the name of another countries state in their store name is misleading and deceitful to customers and it is important for buyers to be informed of a companies integretity.

In a word "DONT" The shoes I saw in the ad is not what arrived, wrong size to start with, supposed to be adjustable they were not, Mills were approachable and prompt, but then they offer a discounted refund, which under consumer laws if an item is not as advertised you are entitled to a full refund, could not be bothered for $60, can't see future sales as their buisness model.

Wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing! The dress is of VERY poor quality and incorrect sizing - nothing at all like the website pictures. Would not refund me my item costs, only offered store credits. As if after this experience I was going to want to order from them again. Read the onsite returns condition about returns being posted to China at buyer’s expense. What a shonky seller!!

Brands themselves as a Melbourne brand but is made in China. Ordered a jumpsuit and the one that came was a completely different colour and different fabric. Went to get a refund and had to ship it back to China at my own expensive. They offered me a 30% refund which I ended up taking because who knows if I would see my money again if I actually sent it back to them! So dodgy, avoid. Should be shut down!!

SCAM - DO NOT BUY!!! Refuse refunds, cheap China reseller. Products nothing like what they advertise. Avoid at all costs! It is a shame they are getting away with this!!!! CRAZY
