The lads from millercare blackburn turned up on time to deliver my single electric bed with headboard....they installed the bed with no issues...they were very tidy and courteous in everything they did and removed all the rubbish....

Went to Millercare for equipment refresher training. Denise was an excellent trainer, very knowledgeable on all the products and had lots of valuable expertise which she shared effectively with the group. Will be back next year! Thanks again.

Miller are fitted a stairlift for me , excellent job , engineer was experienced and there was no damage to wall etc , and it works perfectly, all done efficiently and promptly

What went wrong ? Where to begin.
Sent out an inexperienced engineer to do a service on my wife's powerchair. He didn't even know how to take battery cover off. He even phoned another engineer. Still couldn't do it. He came back 2 days later with another senior engineer. Neither of them didn't know it had a gel battery . So had to order it . Don't know if engineers order them or somebody in store orders it in. They left the old gel battery on our front instead of taking it with them.
Another engineer should have come today Weds 20th Nov. Said he would call back in 30mins to hour time. Still waiting 4 hrs later. Wife has tried phoning him to find out what's happening. Surprise he is not answering his phone.

Staff at Heywood store were fantastic, bought a chair at lunchtime and it was delivered by 2pm.

Bought a scooter from here 4 months ago, was blown away by the level of service at the time.
Had a problem with the arm on it yesterday, and gave them a ring, really thought and expected to be told to go through the insurance which i had purchased with it. Once again 5 star treatment off the lovely Julia who told me just call in with it which i did.
Nothing was too much trouble and Julia and Mark had it sorted in two minutes.
Please if you need advice and help with mobility issues use this company, such a pleasure to be treated like you matter

JUST PURCHASED A POWER CHAIR FROM MILLER CARE BLACKPOOL AND RECEIVED FANTASTIC SERVICE...THEIR AGENT (DOT) BROUGH 2 CHAIRS TO TRY WHICH DID NOT SUIT ME SO SHE CAME BACK TODAY WITH A POWER CHAIR WHICH IS PERFECT AND IS JUST WHAT i NEED. DOT WAS MOST INFORMATIVE HELPFUL AND A REAL PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. i WPULF RECOMEND THEM 100%

Helpful in the store. No pressure to buy. Once we had chosen a chair for my dad, the salesperson offered to follow us back to my dad's to deliver the chair. This avoided having to make arrangements to be available on another day. Really helpful!

We would like to say to Joanne from your Oldham shop a big thank you my Dad said he felt like he’d had good old fashioned service, he was listened to and was able to make a decision without feeling pressured. When the chair was delivered both Joanne and Mark were really lovely. They didn’t rush my dad to get in an out of the chair they demonstrated it and even had time to talk about other things to dad too, making the whole experience from entering the shop to arranging deliveryand being delivered a very positive one. I may not be the easiest customer to deal with, but I was treated really well and the staff were all to happy to help me with my purchases. Rachel and Alasdair in the Heywood branch and Craig delivering my chair and ramp etc were really friendly and helpful with advice and choices without being pushy.
I'll definitely be going back if I need anything else.
