I had the great pleasure to speak with Heather today. She was awesome. Added my new vehicle so quickly I rout I was being helped by the Flash. Great customer service skills. I hope I get her every time I call in.

The worst experience I had ever with an…

The worst experience I had ever with an insurance provider!! Used them for 1 year. On renewal, the 3rd of august (today) they tried to draft my old debit card! (They draft every month on the 3rd) I 2 weeks earlier changed my bank account type and with it the debit card! Called today (the 3rd) to give them the new card and pay! They canceled my policy and refused to reinstate or write a new policy, leaving me uninsured! Jennifer their manager says she’s sorry but that’s their policy!!! What a policy?!! Stay away!

I was involved with one of their customer and it has been a moth they have not resolve anything , Jeannie been telling me that they don't even pay for storage of my truck , eve though it was their insurared customer fault , They are giving me the run around , But im getting a Lawyer and will sue.

You only know how bad they are when you need them.

Claims department is the absolute worse and it feels like a con company, since only 3-5 people working there.
The adjuster is a ghost who I haven’t been able to talk to since my accident, the claims guy was super rude to me and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say stating that he “doesn’t care” and that “he also worked for AllState” and knows how things “work”, which I’m assuming he doesn’t, since he no longer works there. I have a car insured by AllState and never had any issues with them.
Anyhow, I report this man who didn’t help and had no manners and no one did nothing about it. The supervisor also didn’t fix my issue and now isn’t answering calls either. Trash company! They gave me a reservation for a rental that no one can locate and the only car they fully cover was broken down, meaning I would have to pay out of pocket for even a cheap nissan which is preposterous, why do I pay almost $500 a month for an insurance of a 9yo car and they can’t even cover a simple compact car? SCAM!!!!!! Stay away from them, get the well known insurance companies and spare the headache.

Great Company But No Website...

Great Insurance. They've been very cooperative, easy to work with, and understanding. But why is their WEBSITE ALWAYS DOWN AND UNVALIABLE. You have to call for EVERYTHING. You can't even make changes to your policy or payments without calling. I feel like they're never going to get it up for us to use. I've had them a year and never once been able to login.

I was unable to take a photo of my mileage due to my mechanic being a minister Al’s!!!

I was unable to take a photo of my speedometer as per Mile Auto policy as my mechanic/ minister was not available during Easter week 2023. Tammy Johnson help me reinstate my policy and made this ordeal easier and kinder than anything I have recently experienced. This is an amazing manager who delivers 100% customer service and as a small business owner, that’s what I want and need from every business!!

Cut off my insurance saying the bank…

Cut off my insurance saying the bank declined my payment but the bank shows no decline. Didn't even notify me before cutting me off. Then say it will be another 7 days before they can get me insured and then what? Cancel me again for another 7 days? No thanks.

Amazing customer service ..thank you Heather!

Heather answered all of my questions and explained everything that I needed to know. She is very friendly and made me laugh the entire time. Its rare to find customer service as great as her these days!!! Thank you Heather 😊

What a con

What a con. They have "The Fees" that are kinda hidden and not really up front on thier quote. While only driving 530 miles a month, after these fees, that total around $25 I pay the EXACT same amount if I drive unlimited with a major carrior, and get more coverages. Don't waste your time. Its a ripoff.

Kimberly Has excellent customer care, skills, hats off, hands-down

Kimberly was polite from the time she picked up the phone. She asked me what could do for me. I explain to her that I wanted to add my second card to my previous policy that I just started with the company. She told me everything that she needed from me to get the process done quickly. She told me how much my current policy would Increase. Kimberly also explained the price I was paying for my charger was due to the 2nd car being added so late in the month. She explained to me that the price I’m paying for my charger only goes $10 I was like wow. Her patience is amazing I have three children and three dogs. All six of them came in the door at the same time the dogs just barking like crazy. I have three Chihuahuas, then the kids listening to TikTok Kimberly was so patient and I told her thank you so much but she is definitely an asset to your company. She has excellent customer service skills Kimberly didn’t try to over sell me anything or get me to get anything such as renters insurance. Kimberly stuck to my want and what I needed. I appreciate her and thank you Fred you did a great job hiring Kimberly because I’m going to make sure all three of my children when they get their license they’re going to get it through you all I was very amazed. The overall process over the phone was way faster than doing it on a line. That’s how quick and simple she made it thank you again, Kimberly

Tammy was great!

I spoke with Tammy, calling in as a relatively new customer, to get some detail on our billing. She was awesome! She showed me how it all works, plus gave me helpful hints on saving on future moths. I really enjoyed working with her, and your service per mile is a very fair way to charge. Thanks to you all!

Kimberly was absolutely Fantastic. She went above and beyond to help a client with a problem and she solved the problem quickly. She found a solution to a problem created by the insured.

This insurance company is awesome I never had an opportunity to have an insurance company work with you so great if you're not running the streets doing nothing crazy this is the perfect insurance company for you their stability and commitment their customer service it's outstanding I recommend my auto to everybody friends and family keep doing what you're doing it works for me and I know it will work for you y'all be blessed

Stay Away

We had three cars and three drivers insured, and removed one of the cars one month before our renewal. I didn't pay attention, but a couple of months later I discovered they literally doubled our premium on the two existing cars, base rate went from $35 to $65 and per-mile went from $.08 to $.14. I called to ask why and they told me I lost the 'multi-car- discount. OK, but I still have two cars insured, and the bottom-line is it costs me *more* to insure *two* cars than it did to insure *three* cars.

Also, my wife was involved in anwhy accident on July 3d and I've been getting the runaround from their adjuster for two months. Not only am I getting the runaround, but he is a miserable person to work with. Very short and snotty, if his job was not specifically to screw customers on behalf of the company, he would never get any other type of customer-facing position anywhere else. Miserable, miserable human being.

Plus, you have to send in odometer pictures and then an invoice generates, that always seems to be on a Friday and they automatically charge you two days later which is Sunday. There is no chance to contact them over the weekend of there is a problem.

This month they only sent me a link to update the odometer for one car, the other was in the shop. I assumed they only sent me the link because they knew the other one was in the shop. Nope - upon receiving the invoice (Friday morning at 1:01AM, the second car (in the shop) was charged 1,240 miles for a total of $214.05. I had to call and managed to reach someone Friday who adjusted the invoice. Had I not been keeping a hawk-eye on my email that day I would have been charged extra money I was not prepared for, over drafting my account by about $175!
Stay away from these crooks, and believe the bad reviews...

Only pay-per-mile provider without telematics

I have been insured for over 5 months, and so far it's going all well. I have comprehensive coverage and 100k+ liability coverages and on an average, I pay under $120/month. The highest I paid was the down-payment, and the lowest was like $75. I drive under 600 miles a month (7200 miles annually). Texas average is 20k annually.
The best part is that I have control over how much I drive and how much I have to pay, without tracking. No other insurance providers agrees on merely odometer reading. They want to track you and judge you. Recipe for disaster - Big No!
The cons are that you mandatorily pay extra $15 for convenience, odometer snapshot, etc. It's a fixed expense, and an eye-soar.
So far, positive experience with customer service over both phone, mail.
Also, some reviewers complain about limited time to send snapshot: they give a decent 5-6 days to send the snapshot. 2 months back, I was on a vacation, and I had communicated it to them, and they were all fine with it - they used the snapshots from the day I had used my car before departing.
Who should give it a shot?
Drivers interested in pay-per-mile, without telematics.
Who shouldn't?
Anyone who drives close to national/respective state average. Yes, expect to pay atleast 2x over what you would get elsewhere.
Final thoughts:
Yes, it worked for me. No claims yet.

They have severe penalties for odometer…

They have severe penalties for odometer reading that is a day off. You will pay more money than any other because they count on you not knowing what day it is to make a killing. A $65 bill balloons to $307.45. Went from the cheapest promise to the most expensive insurance that I have ever paid. And I have never had a car insurance claim. Awful.

they will ripp you off, they say you going to be saving
money but its quite the opposite,if you cance ylour bank card, and get a new one, they will find the new one and charge you anyway,
