I just renewed with this company
I just renewed with this company. My payments are much lower than the last horrible company ROOTS(don't use them, they stole money from my account after I canceled) so far I've had no issues. The man I just spoke to was very helpful. I'm paying 1/3rd what I was paying with roots for the same exact coverage. If I continue to have the experience I've had so far ill be a customer for life and will give 5 starts. 6 mths in,so far so good. No claims, knock on wood, but great prices and I've had great customer service. After the experience I had with roots who after 1 yr raised my already outrageous rates 100 dollars, then 3 mths after I canceled went into my account and took out 400 dollars still refusing to give it back, I'm weary. I always kept the same insurance company for 30 years before. Now it seems you have to look for a new company every 6 mths. I'm hoping everything continues going well. I read some reviews, I haven't had any of those issues. I call and those I've spoken to have been very helpful. So🤞hopefully I can say I found my new insurance company, and stay with them.

Did you shutdown and forget to tell people??
How is it that you can answer people on this review site but you can’t answer your actual phones? I have been calling the main line all week during business hours and have only received a recording that you are not open. I have emailed 3 times over the last month and received no response. And now the first of the month has come and gone and I have received no odometer text messages to determine this month’s payment. IS THIS COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS AND THEY FORGOT TO INFORM THEIR CLIENTS?

I did my quote on line then called customer care
I did my quote on line, but I had questions about my coverage needs. I called customer support and spoke with Max. He was able to answer all my questions and get me set up with a policy that will give me more coverage at half the price I was paying my current provider. Time will tell how this insurance is, but Max is an excellent customer service representative. Thanks Max!

Non-existent customer service. Cancels insurance without warning or even letting you know.
My payment didn't go through for some reason and without any attempt to contact me or have a grace period or an email or anything they immediately canceled my insurance without telling me. There is no reliable way to get a hold of the company if there is any issues whatsoever.

EVERY month they add some b.s
EVERY month they add some b.s. new charge. My base rate from February '25 to March '25 went from $29.00 to $50.00. Why? Scammers!! and I am dropping them this morning. I had no accidents or claims and yet I was also was given a new charge of $6.50! I ask what is this? the response: 'camera charge for your photo' LMAO.

I called today & the First Lady I talked to was very rude & refused to let me speak with anyone else. I called back & Ilse was very kind patient caring & ALL the wonderful things that someone in customer service should be. She went above & beyond!! It’s a total joke
It’s a total joke! Received a quote. Tried buying it and gave them my drivers license and vin. Drivers license & Car are totally clean and they doubled my base price. Their explanation was well now it’s accurate! Run fast!!!!!

Refuse to even consider claim
It's now been 8 months since I submitted my claim and still they haven't even considered it. They keep asking for materials they've been sent 10 times already. Delay delay delay. They are breaking the law and clearly just hoping I give up. Avoid at all costs.

If there is something called transparency and if a business should be ethical, and your need is an auto insurance policy where your car runs limited number of miles per month, then look nowhere else for your perfect auto insurance policy and the best customer care service that never leaves you unsatisfied, it must be Miles Auto..... No second thoughts about it.

I would give them a 0 if it was available. Can’t get them on the phone to correct an issue on my policy!! They haven’t reported to the DMV that I even have insurance. I have sent them several emails.But, only receive the same information over and over again…. To send an email to customer care… That doesn’t care.. Stay away from unless you are looking for high fines! Want to get pulled over because they hadn’t put it in the system that you are insured… I will be turning this issue over to someone that can investigate my situation to see if maybe I can get a response…

I forgot to cancel my insurance on a…
I forgot to cancel my insurance on a truck I sold on 12/13/24 so I called customer service and explained my situation to her she explained to me that with a copy of bill of sale was all I needed to cancel truck. Thought occured to me to ask about substituting another vehicle and she explained to me that was better way than canceling policy on F150 and then starting from new with the Focus I was going to have insured. Worked out great. Thank you for your help.

One star is too high for this scam of a…
One star is too high for this scam of a company. I was in an accident with one of their insureds. I filed a claim with Mr Kevin Weir (not sure about the spelling) Anyway, he told me an adjuster would be contacting me. That did not happen. He then called me back to have me upload photos of my car, a link that did not work. That was approximately 2weeks ago. I cannot get this guy to answer my calls. The phone message states that the office is closed for the holiday but the holiday has passed. I'm sure at this point there is no adjuster, there is no claim department. This is criminal and unfortunate for hard working people who simply want what they are entitled to.
