we have recently purchased a property using Michael Graham Estate Agents in Stony Stratford. we would highly recommend this company as being frendly and highly professional .We delt with Paul at this branch and found him extremly helpfull and very competent.

We were involved in a very long chain with a number of complications leading up to exchanging. Marni kept us in the loop every day and immediately answered her phone/emails if we had any enquiries.

We have had a brilliant experience with Michael Graham. After struggling to sell our house with the previous agent, Michael Graham managed to sell it and were honest, professional and kept in regular communication. I highly recommend them. Marni Cosby and Saoirse Dodd both kept us in the loop at all times and got things sorted quickly. We were also really impressed with the house photos and the advert. I highly recommend!

Having wasted 3 months with a different agent, we marketed our home with Bedford Michael Graham. The initial appointment with Warren , the fantastic photos and online advert, to selling our home quickly and exchange within in 7 weeks, completion in 8 weeks we cannot fault the service. What can we say about Harry? His approachable and friendly manner forged great relationships with our buyers as well as the professionals involved in the chain which certainly was the driving factor in achieving such a quick turnaround. Always there to support, keeping us fully updated, dealing with any problems and ensuring a smooth and trouble free sale. Finally a huge thank you to Wendy the sales progressor, who like Harry, worked tirelessly with agents and solicitors to ensure we got our pre Christmas move. Fantastic team effort . Thank you to the whole team!

Poor communication lack of professionalism we were not given honest information. I need to be careful what I write .
However I would not recommend Michael Graham when selling in fact it is a huge regret I used them . My best advice would be to avoid Michael Graham Buckingham at all costs .

The Michael Graham Towcester team were professional and courteous, great in helping us buy a property listed with themselves. Jo in particular efficiently dealt with all our enquiries and supported us following up with Solicitors and third parties to ensure the purchase was progressing as quickly as possible, keeping us proactively informed throughout. Richard was also a brilliant support whenever Jo was out of the office, helping us arrange to see the property again once the offer had been accepted.
