I purchased the cabin bag with cubes. Arrived the next day and is excellent quality. I have previously purchased from Mia Tui and would highly recommend.

Efficient service

A few years ago ago I bought a bag from this company and my daughter loved it so I bought her one too. I was searching for a bag to serve me as a carry on for my holiday and found the perfect bag. I love the packing cubes too. It was very stylish and has proved to be a great buy. On the plane it was so easy to find things as everything has a place. As an extra I bought the small pad and pen and that has been brilliant. Well worth the money.

Mia Tui bags are great. The company are very quick to sort out a problem. Can’t fault them.

I liked the look of the bag seemed to be what I was looking for. I read the reviews and placed my order, the bag is exactly what I needed and I used it for my trip to the Canary Islands, it’s been great, easy to see everything instead of having to scrabble around, fabulous and lovely material .

Great service, nice and prompt. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour bag🤦‍♀️. I spoke to a very understanding customer service lady who explained the returns process and the issue of the replacement bag. All was done smoothly and my new bag came very quickly. I really like the bag as well a useful addition to my collection. Very happy customer.

All the products I’ve purchased have been great - with their features like lighter lining so you can see inside - key strap - card sections in purses - packing cubes are fantastic don’t know how I managed with out them.

I ordered the isobel bag as I wanted a small bag that you can fit a lot into as I was going on a cruise.
And it did not disappoint, its one of the best bags I have ever owned and I love it. It has multiple pockets, a key holder and card slots.
I also got a free coin purse which was an added bonus.
I love my Isobel bag and would not be without it.

Whenever I order anything the delivery is always within a couple of days, and the products are first class. If you need customer service, they are brilliant too, and you always speak to a real person who are very friendly and helpful.

I bought a bag back in January and a few months later realised that the wrist strap was missing. I sent a email on a Sunday morning and within a hour Chelsea had replied and sent the missing strap no questions asked. Amazing service.

Straightforward ordering and delivery times good. Customer service also works well- I had to return something as I had misunderstood the sizing information.
Bags are practical but heavier than I expected ( take note in details). Haven’t used yet but think they will be perfect for travelling. Not sure if they will hold their shape but overall pleased with my purchase - hoping the expense will be justified.
