I have given an excellent rating because the service I have received from MePACS since joining with them has been extremely efficient. The staff I have spoken to have been pleasant and very helpful. I live on my own and feel safe at home with the pendant. Moreover, I feel both safe and secure with the mobile unit.

I haven't had to use MePacs for an emergency as yet but I find the staff friendly and helpful when carrying out the tests.

My husband & I only called on MPACS…
My husband & I only called on MPACS twice in last 5 years. We were happy with the quick response as on both occasions it was night time.
The monthly checks of our button alarms is a good idea however sometimes the response is slower than we would like. The response staff are always helpful & cheerful.

Mepac may just save your life.
Had cause to use my alarm twice during month of February. Each time response was very quick. My emergency contacts were notified with such speed so were able to help me with my crisis on both occasions. I can highly recommend to anyone, who are thinking of getting a personal alarm, to get one asap. They (Mepac) may just save your life.

Timely response to press button request in emergency
I had occasion to contact MEPACS by my press button early in COVID year with a suspected chest infection. The contact person was swift in getting an ambulance, contacting my next of kin and my residents' coordinator at our village.
On my return from an overnight stay in hospital, I received a phone call from them to make sure I was well and satisfied with the response.
This is not the first time I have had an emergency. Each time there has been brilliant coordination by MECPACS.

IT TAKES TOO LONG FOR A RESPONSE
I JUST THINK IT TAKES TOO LONG TO ANSWER THE HELP BUTTON, I CAN BE WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FOR MORE THAN 30 SECONDS OR MORE. I WILL NOW MAKE A MORE ACCUTATE ASSESSMENT, THATS MY ONLY CONCERN RESPONSE TIMEW IS VERY POOR.

I am really grateful to have the Mepacs…
I am really grateful to have the Mepacs alarm system.If I forget to press the button of a morning, they always send me a message to do so...sometimes they even phone me to find out whether I am ok.I also wear their wristband and try to remembe r to check is once a month.Cecily Ski. (excuse typos)
