I ordered a bed cover but it came as worst very worst product , cloth is not good as seen in the picture.i returned that product immediately,they mention it will be picked may 29 but till June 6 they didn't come to receive and refund is not yet received. One of the worst service. Pls refund my money.

Pathetic delivery service i didn't recd my order idk y this is happening my order gets cancelled automatically whenever the delivery date arrived. This has happened multiple times. Please investigate the issue on priority.

Very worst service very cheap response..I ordered a product yesterday amount was debited but till now I didn’t get order confirmation msg or mail…so I try to reach customer support but their customer support also very worst they are not picking my call and mail was not reached… hereafter the only solution is going to consumer support

very bakwas service customer care support very uneducated people refund stuck arround 1 month they dont know what to do

Literally WORST APP EVER! BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SUCH A BAD APP NEVER BUY ANYTHING!
They will ship the delivary and make the customer wait for almost 1-2 weeks eagerly waiting for the delivary but On the delivary date they CANCELLED IT and Says we are not able to deliver.😡😡😡

I received a damaged product and promptly raised a replacement request on 23rd May. However, as of 1st June, the replacement has still not been shipped, which is highly unacceptable.
Despite reaching out to Meesho customer support multiple times and requesting a clear justification for the delay, I have not received any satisfactory response. The lack of accountability and clarity is extremely disappointing.
Additionally, the support experience has been unhelpful and frustrating, reflecting very poor customer service standards.
I expect immediate action on this matter along with a clear update on the shipment of my replacement.

Very worst customer care support..and meesho scam

I want to give Negative rating to Meesho. Their customer service sucks.I was scammed by Meesho. A blood stained white saree was delivered to me by COD from unknown. On multiple follow up with customer care a return was arranged, but they sent wrong product image to delivery partner who came to pick up. I ended up handing the parcel to the delivery person. Meesho has not initiated my Refund yet. It’s frustrating that I spent 8 days chasing this scam and lost my money. Meesho is a Bogus app.. people should stay away from it.

Mujhe Jo product delivery huaa hain wo watch 10 Days me Kharab ho gayi hain jub main battery change karne Shop me gaya to watch pahle se hi Aandar se kharab huaa tha. So mere side se aapa product or service dono kharab hain.agar ise thik kar sakte hai to mujhe mere paise returns karo ya Bad product ke badale God product do.Thank you

Mesho products are the worst products I have ever purchased. Their qualities are not usable. Just waste of money. Please sell good quality items .

There is a lot of issue with Meesho's pickup and other services. They don't even have a Helpline number.
The pickup guy keeps on delaying the pickup and updated status as cancelled return from his end.

I'd strongly suggest to buy the products from Amazon and Flipkart. They have similar products

I think meesho is the worst.

I placed an order on Meesho, the order was not received but the order was shown as received on the Meesho site without taking the OTP. The delivery boy was behaving badly and said come and collect the order. I called Meesho customer care and they said that they do not have any complaint. You should call after 2 hours.

Overall the brand is not that bad...so far I hadn't faced any issue with them, untill there was this one folding table I bought, they sent wrong colour and a damaged one...hence I requested return.. the first pick up partner came the day after and he didn't have 'enough space' to carry the product hence he denied the pick up. And the problem started.. either agents don't have space, or big enough a bag to carry the table...then after 3rd attempt no one came for pick up. Everyday i receive one message giving pick up code but no one turns up..and this is continuing since 3 weeks, go to customer care, they assure it will be well taken care of as they have generated a ticket for the complain.. but nothing happens.. I am stuck at the moment..
